"I should go back home since I'm busted already.", Olivia apologized to Joe as she walked ahead to the door.
"Hey-", he couldn't stop her from leaving. He felt weird when he realized it.
"Oh, and I hope you won't bother Lucy. She really isn't interested in this blind date.", Olivia said before she turned away. She had done her deed, she hoped Lucy would be happy with her achievement!
"But what about you? You come here just to replace her or you really want a partner?", Joe couldn't bring himself to shut his mouth.
"Why would I want a partner for myself? I'm content with the way I live now.", and then, she was gone.
Joe Ahn stood there for a while. He couldn't believe it, there was actually a woman who didn't want his attention!
Olivia walked hurriedly to her car, she just got a call from her staff telling her that the store was having problem with the stocks. She then drove away from the parking area of Feskin.
Olivia couldn't stop thinking about Joe. His face was on par with Chris Evans, a protagonist of Captain America. His emerald green eyes were on another level.
'Geez.. I'm not going to meet him again, am I.,', she said to herself. Nodding her head in agreement. Yes, that would be better. It was just a fake date.
Getting lost in her own mind, Olivia wasn't watching when there came a motorcycle in her way, she didn't have the time to hit the brake. And the Kawasaki Ninja crashed onto her Ferrari.
"Oh god!!! Look what you did to my bike!", the man turned to Olivia who just opened the door to step out from her car.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't watching!", Olivia apologized to the man, he looked angry.
"What now? You think an apology is enough?!", he raised his voice.
"I'll compensate for your bike.", she got her purse and brought out her phone. Intending to transfer the money.
The man stared at her. Judging by her luxurious car and fancy handbag, she must be loaded.
"Give me twice the amount and I'll forgive you.", he said.
"What?", Olivia turned to the man. She could afford even thrice the amount but why should she give it to him?
"Don't you hear me? If not, we'll settle this in the police station.", he threatened Olivia, his smile wicked. He looked at her from head to toe, she was pretty too.
"Or you can pay me with something else..", he stepped closer.
"What do you mean?", Olivia could sense danger on her end, but she tried to remain collected. There were many cars on the road, he wouldn't dare to do something strange.
Contrary to what she expected, the man was brazen. He grabbed her hand and tried to pulled her closer.
"Hey- what do you think you're doing?!", Olivia shouted for dear life. But there were not many people who cared. The passerbys were scared to get involved when they looked at the man who had tattoos all over his body.
Olivia began to recollect her past experience in the mountain. There were about four guys trying to gang-rape her at that time. She was scared.
"Let go of me!", Olivia was shaking.
And then, a grey Mazda CX-9 came rushing forward. A man walked out in haste to Olivia. He snatched back her hand and pulled her behind him.
"Who the hell-", the tattooed man wasn't able to finish his words when a punch came straight to his nose. He wobbled backward. His nose bled.
"I've called the police. You'll rot in jail for extortion.", Joe Ahn gave the man a silent glare.
"I'll send you back.", he faced Olivia and pulled her towards his car. She wasn't given a choice to refuse him.
".. Thank you.", she said. For some reason, she wasn't afraid when he touched her hand.
Joe didn't know why he followed this woman. Now he really was interested to know her more.

"Oh thank goodness your parcel arrived!", Lucy was jumping in joy when the clothes they had ordered online came today. As if to celebrate their marriage.
There were lots of pants, shirts, t-shirts and jackets, even sweaters. Aubrey was slightly confused, did they really buy this much?
"Oh god.. the quality is just as I expected..!", Lucy took a slack, a white shirt and a blazer. Yes, this was the style for today.
"Now wear this and we can go to register!", she sounded happy. Her smile could even get past the universe.
Aubrey looked at Lucy. He sighed softly. She was so cute..
"I'm happy, you're willing to marry someone like me.", he said, out of the blue.
Lucy turned to Aubrey, she wanted to smack him.
"Why? You're handsome, you're rich, you're kind and a gentleman. Of course I'm willing to marry you.", she said. But that wasn't her real reason.
"You see, I'm not perfect too. I'm bold and a bit shameless. I'm too serious and straightforward. Men don't like this type of woman. They only like my pretty face.", Lucy stood in front of Aubrey, a man she wanted to spend her life with.
"But you accept me for who I am. That's why I'm willing to marry you. And with yourself too, I've accepted all of you. Long before I fell for you.", she cupped his cheek, and gave him the brightest smile.
"I love you.", he said, his voice low.
"I know.", she closed her eyes, now their forehead was against each other.
"Don't ever leave me. I beg you.", his voice sounded hoarse. But he wasn't crying.
"I'll stick with you even if you get tired of me.", she laughed.

Later that night, they came back. Both were no longer single. They were husband and wife legally.
Aubrey realized that what Charles Kim had said to him was right. He should take back his happiness that was long gone. Lucy was waiting for him in their future together. And she was here with him in their present.
He decided not to wait anymore. His fear towards a man he once called brother now turned to hate and hatred. It burned his entire heart and soul, but the flames wasn't hot, it was warm.
"Lucy, will you stand by me no matter what happens in the future?", Aubrey asked her.
Lucy saw ignition in his violet eyes. He was ready.
"Of course.", she smiled back at him. They were going to kick some asses now.
"Alright.", his voice direct.
To fight a devil, he had to become a demon.
