Wang Tian looked around and saw nothing other than that blinding white light. He walked for a couple of minutes and then finally, he saw a stone tablet.
"Tang Jixian" these were the only two words that were written in the stone tablet.
'Tang Jixian? Was he the master of this place?' Wang Tian thought to himself.
"I am" a voice echoed about.
"Huh? Who said that?" Wang Tian said.
"I, Tang Jixian." A figure appeared out of nowhere. The figure looked to be about in his mid - 30s. He had long black hair. He was clad in white and his eyes were charming. He didn't release any aura as if he wasn't a cultivator. Only a mortal, roaming this place unfettered by anything.
Wang Tian looked at him in awe. 'He doesn't release any aura. He just looks like a mortal.' Wang Tian thought to himself.
'But this place is heavily guarded. How can he have entered? Unless...' Wang Tian mused.
"Senior, are you really Tang Jixian?" Wang Tian politely asked.
The figure looked at Wang Tian seriously and then laughed heartily.
"Hahaha, I am but a single strand of his soul. Waiting for the day that his successor will come and claim the throne." The figure said nonchalantly.
"So you really are him" Wang Tian gasped in shock.
The figure laughed again and then sized Wang Tian up. His eyes revealed a trace of astonishment. "A descendant of the proud Arachnid Tribe? I didn't expect my successor to be someone who comes from the Demon race!" Tang Jixian said happily. The demon race was a very sensitive topic for other people. But Tang Jixian was a supreme expert who ruled the universe for more than a million years! He was an expert that contained knowledge with no bounds! While Wang Tian might come from the Demon race, he knew that the specific tribe that Wang Tian came from was different from the other tribes.
That's why his happiness did not diminish even when he saw that Wang Tian was of the Demon race.

Storage rings were like a bag of holding but they were in the form of a ring. They have to be imbued with Qi so that you can become the owner. Fortunately for him, when Tang Jixian was about to pass, he removed his ownership of the ring so that his successor could replace him.
