Among the four major star fields, the Eastern Star Field had a long history of prosperity and great civilizations. This was because both the first immemorial dragon civilization and the rise of Titan.., or perhaps the greatest civilization in recent history: the Elven civilization all originated from the Eastern Star Field.
The rise of several major civilizations allowed this star field to gather a large number of people and families. It also resulted in the eastern star field being the most prosperous star field regardless of the changes of the times.
Even though the federation was currently divided into the Middle Starfield, in terms of commerce, culture, and prosperity, it was still inferior to the eastern Starfield. Therefore, every inch of land in the eastern Starfield was valuable, and it was expensive to establish an academy here.
