Her eyes literally sparkled with excitement. "Omg.. you weren't kidding," she muttered with awe as she observed the pancake. She couldn't even believe she was about to eat a bland pancake moments ago.
"Sooo," Antonin stood up, picking up the things he used to make the pancake and walking back to his cart to put them down. "What do you think?" he asked, quickly rushing back to his seat on the opposite side of the table.
"Can... I?" Regan muttered, her sentence broke up as she took in the pancake. Her mouth watered. "Can I even eat this? It looks too good to be eaten."
"Hahahaha," Antonin laughed, "would you prefer I arrest you for taking a bite?"
Regan looked up at Antonin and smirked, "I wouldn't even mind. Go ahead."
Antonin paused, taken aback by her reaction. 'Relaxxx Ryder…. Breathe,' Ryder thought.
'Shut up, what are you even thinking about?' Antonin scolded.
