"Remember when I said I would never leave you." He says entwining my hand with his as he stare's at the city lights. "I meant it. I will always be with you." He continues as I blink back the tears.
After the silence I begin, "It's not the same," with a tear rolling down my eye.
"I know." He sighs looking at me and our eyes meet.
"I miss you. So damn much." I laugh out as I have waterworks.
"I miss you too."
"Why is it you had to go?" I question, as I cry on his shoulder.
"Because you are still needed." He says pulling me closer kissing my head.
"But I need you! It's not fair! ... I just want you to hold me and tell me this was all just a dream. I want you to tell me you love me. That I made this all up and your still here. That we will still be together. That we can go home so we can fight, argue, and we both apologize and fall asleep on the couch cuddled up. I need you. I need you so much!" I scream falling to the ground on my knees.
"You don't need me. Besides I will always keep on eye on you." He replies sitting next to me, bringing me to his chest.
"I just want you back!" I scream.
"I know."
"Why did you leave me?"
"Weird question. I don't have an answer for that exactly." He says sarcatically, making me laugh.
"I love you more than people love oxygen." I say puttng my head on his shoulder as he rests his head on mine.
"I love you more than vampires like blood." He replies. After a few seconds in the comfortable silence, he speaks again. "It's time."
"For what?" I ask tired.
"I have to go."
"No!" I say clutching onto his arm as he chuckles sadly.
"Don't worry. I will always be here." He says as everything fades into nothing.
"Sylil, wake up." The voice of my best friend Malia says calmly.
"No." I groan, bringing his shirt closer to me as I sleep.
"You have to. Today's the day of-" Malia begins, but stops as she see's me glaring.
"I can't go. If I go then it's official." I say sniffling.
"It is already official." She says opening the curtains. I remeber when he bought them. We couldn't decide on a color, so he bought a curtain of each color. One a royal blue and the other a dark emerald green.
"Okay." I sigh, rubbing my nose as I sit up.
"Good, there is progress. Now what are you wearing?" Malia asks.
"Get out." I practically growl.
"Okay then. See you downstairs." She squeaks, practically zooming out.
I hate today. If it is suppose to feel better over time, then why do I feel worse?
I rub my eyes and stretch. I get up and open my closet. Going over my clothes, I decide to wear something that he would hate for me to wear.
Raking my eyes over my other clothes, I just stood there. With my hands holding the silk and lace, baby pink dress.
Shrugging I take off my other clothes and throw the dress on. I had a shower last night.
I tug on a pair of heels and stand almost falling. I hate heels.
Flashback
"I got you something!" He says running into the room with his brown hair swaying. He needs a haircut,
"I already told you not to!" I exclaim as he holds out the box.
"Oh, it's more for me than you." He smirks as he opens the box to reveal a pair of lace up black high heels.
"No! Absolutley not!" I yell, flinging myself back from the monstorous creature's, people call shoes.
"Why not?" He asks pouting.
"Because I could trip and die. Those things are walking death traps." I exclaim.
"Please for me." He pouts, using his 'stare.'
"No." I say crossing my crossing my arms, looking away,
"Please." I hear him pout more and when I look again, I know I have fallen.
"Fine. But don't let me fall." I sigh.
"Wouldn't dream of it."
FLASHBACK OVER
"Sylil!" Malia motions her hand infront of face. "Phew, I thought I lost you there." She says smiling at me.
"Let's go." I say getting up and walking with no problem at all.
I would wear these everyday if it meant that he would come back to me.
