Jerome and Angeline are now sitting facing each other, as was Angeline's previous request where she asked to meet Zack, who was none other than Jerome as Zack, so now Jerome has fulfilled her call.
"What's wrong? Is something bothering you?" asked Jerome calmly looking straight at Angeline.
For a few moments, Angeline was silent without the slightest sound coming out of her lips.
The girl seemed to be in control of herself.
"Do you love me?"
Jerome, who was in front of Angeline, of course, did not answer the unexpected question directly.
He needed time to learn while thinking about which answer would be profitable for him.
"According to you?"
Angeline rolled her eyes lazily. She didn't need a counterquestion like that, what she needed was a definite answer.
"If I knew then I wouldn't have asked you. All this time you've only asked me to wait without ever saying you love me or anything like that."
