A middle-aged woman with a face that still looked annoyed was now glaring at Jessi.
"How long have you been," gasped the middle-aged woman, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
"I'm sorry, aunt," Jessi whispered.
"Where have you been? .... I've been waiting for you, "said the middle-aged woman.
Jessi took a rough sip of saliva.
"I went to see Jacob," Jessi said fearfully.
"Jacob? My son, you mean?" asked the middle-aged woman, who was none other than Catherine rounding out her eyes.
Jessi nodded her head slowly.
There was a glimpse of a worried look on Catherine's face, but not too long because Catherine immediately changed her expression and regulated her emotions as quickly as possible.
It could say she was a professional in disguising her raging emotions.
"What happened ?" Catherine asked coldly without showing any emotion.
Jessi shrugged her shoulders softly.
