Since neither Mr. K. nor Alex could be contacted, Metthew began to panic. How could he lose all the clues and information he should have had, only to end up with nothing?
Metthew took a deep breath and let it out slowly. Truthfully, his heart was very upset when he didn't get any assignments or orders from his superiors.
It had become mandatory to hear Mr. K's voice every day.
Then where was Alex? Why was it so hard for Metthew to contact him?
Did something really bad happen to him?
It couldn't be!
Metthew repeatedly tried to dismiss the bad thoughts that plagued his boss, though it could not be denied that his little heart seemed to rebel at saying the opposite.
In the midst of his despair, he chose to be in a special room that was actually in his house, a middle-aged man with a glass in his right hand approached him.
"What are you so upset about?" asked Hendrick, finally approaching his adopted son.
