"There he is," exclaimed Marsha when she saw the figure of the young man she was waiting for.
Marsha's hand quickly opened Alex's car door.
It took a few seconds for Alex to become aware of Marsha's response.
Alex's hand reflexes holding Marsha's hand.
"What is wrong?" Marsha asked, confused to find Alex, who she thought was a little strange.
Alex drank his saliva roughly, and for some reason, suddenly, he was confused about what to say to Marsha, which in the end, he told Marsha to leave his greetings to Anderson.
Now it is Marsha who is confused. Aren't Alex and Anderson's relationship arguably not very good since Anderson found out about his disguise? Then why now Alex suddenly asked Marsha to send greetings? Couldn't it just backfire for him?
"Are you sure?"
There was no answer from Alex but only shrugged his shoulders while releasing his hand from Marsha's arm, which he had previously held back.
