After flying for a few hours, Salem's excitement at being able to fly gradually began to wane. Contemplating how he could improve his suit, Salem was silently glad he didn't try for Falcon's suit. Given the way his suit flew, he was doubtful that Falcon's could even make it off the ground. Salem's suit barely surpassed 100 kilometers an hour, far slower than what he anticipated.
'Given the amount of thrust generated with this large get engine, how in the world does Falcon even get off the ground with his two dinky little engines?' He wondered. 'Oh well. He does reside in a fantasy world.'
Alina caught up to him as he was thinking.
Her catching up to him made him think something the rest of the way through. 'How the f**k are we going to land?'
....
After another hour and a half of flying, Salem came up with something. Normally, it wouldn't take so long for him to design a blueprint, but he was flying and keeping track of Alina at the same time.
Salem flipped on his back and put another thruster on his front. Doing the same for Alina, he began easing off the trusters. Alina followed his example, straightening her body vertically at the same time Salem did. Now they were vertical and going about 40 kilometers per hour over a forest. Salem then had his nanobots synthesize fabric into the shape of a parachute. Releasing the freshly made parachutes, they landed safely in the treetops.
Recycling the suits and parachutes they climbed down the trees.
Seeing as it was impossible for them to eat while flying, both of them were hungry. Yet, neither of them had food. The forest was teeming with life, however and it was a simple matter of aiming and pulling the trigger of his SKS. Collecting the corpse of a lean, wild turkey, Salem had Alina teach him how to pluck it.
As they waited for the turkey to cook, Salem looked at his overall stats.

'Good. That 25 percent increase in INT made my psyche skyrocket.' Salem thought, not surprised in the least. 'If I continue like this, I'll be able to make walking fortresses or something.'
Salem then glanced at his comprehension.

'In how long will I get another Spirit Companion slot?' Salem wondered. 'Maybe when I hit 100? I'm not classing up until both classes hit 100 so I'll see when Necromancer class hits 100 anyway.' A small side of Salem, the perfectionist side, thought of how satisfying it would be to break 100%.
As this though occured to him, Salem had an idea. 'To rapidly increase my comprehension, I should use the classes to affect reality around me.' Salem wondered at his own genius. 'By doing so, not only will I become more familiar with the capabilities of my nanobots, I'll also increase my understanding. Oh and I'll also have a chance at going home.' That last thought was enough to make him homesick.
'Will the timeflow of this world go at the same rate as my old one? Is this even the same universe? If not, is it possible for me to cross the multiverse?'
Salem shook his head and started cutting off cooked peices of turkey with a small paring knife he'd made from nanobots.
'Those are thoughts for after I test my hypothesis.'
