Three months later,
"Are you sure you are alright?" Elizabeth asked, looking at her friend.
A couple of months ago, she received a call in the middle of the night from Lillian and could not understand a word she said.
She sounded like she was crying and Elizabeth couldn't help but run to her side as quickly as she could.
Upon entering her house, she found her friend on the ground, sobbing uncontrollably.
"Elizabeth." She bawled as the woman ran to her side as quickly as she could.
She did not ask a single question as she held her tight, letting the woman cry as much as she needed.
Elizabeth moved in with Lillian for a couple of days, wishing to take care of the woman while working her job.
Lillian would be doing something then suddenly burst into tears and have to take a nap for a couple of hours.
