:-Joe's Point Of View-:
I noticed David trying to attack Robert and shot him before he could do so.
He summoned a shield that covers most of his body and a sword that gives of an oppressive aura right as I pulled the trigger.
David blocked the bullet but he was still thrown back by it.
After a while on the ground, he started picking himself up, introducing himself and talking the whole time about someone blackmailing him or something, 'I just wanna go home to my daughter'. Once again David tried to attack the guild master and I shot him, this time I put more power into it and blasted him out of the window.
looking out of the window we saw that he was almost completely uninjured. "Nathan and I are gonna go after him watch out for Robert and don't let anyone else into the room" I warned the young lad that's been watching over him this whole time
we jumped out of the window following David before he could run or hide. Nathan summoned his Death Sythe while David readied his shield above his head, I took aim and unloaded on his shield to weaken it, and right on time, Nathan lands on the shield as if he was doing a vertical dropkick to the shield and it shattered, David began coughing up blood.
"Give up I don't want to kill you" I tried to plead with him while thinking 'What will my daughter think if she saw that I killed someone on the news'
"I can't they have my wife if I don't kill the guild master they'll kill her" He began going into his wannabe protagonist domain
The sun began shining on his face as he summoned another shield this one was pure white and gave off a holy aura while his sword became a Lance that looked all too valourous and knightly. He spoke with emotion while ignoring the vines wrapping around his body until eventually he noticed but he was too late, his body was being ripped apart limb by limb.
:-Back To Alex's Point Of View-:
I'm truly astonished by the stupidity of the so-called 'sworn brothers' of one of the most important people in New York. I looked out of the broken window seeing that there wasn't much fighting going on and caught David forming some kind of armor made of light or something and decidedly was too dangerous
"I don't have time for this shit," I said out loud while forcing roots out of the ground and wrapping him up.
He seemed way too distracted to be an assassin. I only planed to capture him but when he noticed that he was being wrapped I feared that he'll get out and continue this mess of a fight. I tried to separate his arms and legs away from each other but ended up ripping them off of his body. Both Joe and Nathan looked around until they saw me in the window my face almost blue, I vomited out of the window considering I've never killed someone before, but suddenly the author made me all better until the next chapter.
