Chapter 13 - Chapter 13: Anxiety, Talents, and Abilities

April 22, 2020 12:44pm:

Anxiety can be just as bad as depression. It's difficult for me to dedicate time to everything, that is why we need to focus on one area of our lives and run with it. One talent that is.

Of course we should obtain different talents but I'm talking about for work purposes and your life's work. Some may call it your purpose. What is your purpose?

I believe mine is writing and maybe yours is too. If you just like reading maybe you should just share this message. I know my writings can do a lot of good.

Also I pray that I can also help you discover your purpose. What matters most? Where is God tugging you toward?

It could be missionary work, becoming a professional athlete or music artist, or even maybe a teacher or an engineer. Whatever that still small voice is guiding you, the spirit of God, is truly like a fire is burning. You will feel it and you will know.

How will you know? Or how can you know? Study things out in your mind and then ask God with your heart.

He will guide you into light's path. Remember the fruit of the spirit? Joy, peace, patience, long-suffering, etc?

The spirit is calming and reassuring, never discouraging. Always encouraging. Don't let Satan rush you or bring fear into you.

For fear is the opposite of faith and faith is kindled by those who have faith. So let your light so shine before man. Do not hide your gifts, your light under a bushel.

Be not ashamed of the Gospel for you are a beloved child of God. Remember, you have infinite potential. I repeat things like this to help you remember their importance.

You must never forget that no matter what you do for God, as it is for Him and your families, you will be greatly blessed for. I'm no where near perfect, but He is. We can find comfort knowing that the Lord will make our wrongs right.

We make mistakes daily, but again never give up and never surrender. The Lord is grateful for your efforts for He is always mindful of us. Keep smiling.

One day you will reach perfection and think: "Wow, thank you Heavenly Father for my gifts, trials, and tribulations. Now I understand."

Keep pushing, keep trying, because that is all that is required.
