Olivia underestimated Charlotte's skill. Before she could reply to what she said, the woman seems to not want an answer.
She outlined the benefits. She seems to assume Olivia is going insane and despite feeling like there's something more to the girl, she decided to use her skill on her.
Olivia listened to how she needed to change her environment, because people would start getting curious about her, soon.
She would be given accommodation by the agency, because they seem to be interested in her. Since she couldn't just leave her family behind, she might not be able to accept it.

That finally piqued Olivia's interest.
Charlotte showed her the comments and being a smart girl, Olivia smirked.

Charlotte watched the atmosphere changes after they got to Sammy's topic. Olivia was talking to her calmly now.
The two departed after a long while. Charlotte watched Olivia headed into her house without saying thanks and bowing like Emma used to do.
