As they walked towards the people waiting for them, Brian stared at her stoic face with a slight frown on his face.
"Don't you miss me, baby?" He asked to ease the tension.
"I do." She replied, her eyes glued to the old man standing at the entrance of the rooftop she just landed at.
It irked her that the man shared similar eyes to hers. Sharp when staring, but could instantly go soft in a blink. Pitiful even.
The eyes that could easily fool people. Dark and alluring. Easy to fake true emotions and very stern enough to keep people away, yet able to fool people into thinking he's a simpleton.
He looked okay physically, but the obvious wrinkles and his slightly hunched shoulder exposed his old age.
His hair had turned silver but lucky man, he still had enough of them to make people assume he perhaps tint it to that hue. After all, the gorgeous man beside her also shares a similar hair color with the exception of youthfulness.
