"Fall in love with me." Emma said with determination.
"Excuse me?" Max looked at her, shocked. The space between his brow made an 'm' shape.
"Yes. Fall in love with me, Max. Name your price." Emma broke it down to him and he couldn't help but look dumbfounded.
"Miss Smith, are you alright?" He asked.
Emma was a bit confused by the question. Was he worried about her?
She looked fine though, so why the question?
"Yes." She replied anyway.
Max shook his head with a serious expression. "I don't think so." He said.

Emma's chest heaved up and down. "I mean it. I will pay you. Just fall for me." She said.
Max slowly got up from his seat and made his way towards her.
Since the lady had made herself clear in the most ridiculous way ever, he decided to come clean without holding back.
