The Planet Kryok has been on war with the deadly creatures from an unknown planet for ages. The people of the Kryok named them, the Zakana. The one in charge of the war is the military called the Arkula Heavenly Forces, a very advanced military, with lasers as their primary arsenal. The military has different kinds of war vehicles that are very harmful to common Zakana creatures, and a little bit par with the heavily armored ones. The military had no rules for genders for as long as they can fire the lasers and kill.
On current year 4130, the military had begun recruiting more people to replace the fallen ones. This was a huge opportunity for a young girl with vengeance against the Zakana. With that said, the adventure of a new soldier starts.
In a town named Nirinaya, two siblings with dead parents live on the edge of the town. Despite their deceased parents, the two continued to live on strong and maintained their life well. As the whole world heard the recruitment, the two siblings have been busy preparing for it. Their small house with the theme of the Arkula became noisy, their hurried shouts, some things falling to the ground, loud bangs of the doors. The house has never been this loud since their parents died. "We're finally able to kill some Zakana!!" Chirlin Harvon, a blonde little girl, age seven. She happily shouted as she finished wearing the required clothes for recruitment. She wears a standard white T-shirt and denim pants. "We'll blast them to-" Niela Harvon, the elder sister of Chirlin, age seventeen and ceased to age. "You're not supposed to wear denim, you fool! That's for males!" She shouted at Chirlin. "I'd rather wear this than that!" Chirlin pointed at her sister's skirt. The exposed legs bothered her. The view made her squirm, Niela noticed her and sighed. "You're a girl, Chirlin. There's nothing wrong about wearing these if you're a girl" She said. Despite her continuous scolds, Chirlin never changes. "No! I'm NEVER gonna wear those!" She shouted at her sister. "You goddamn tomboy... Come here, let me brush your hair" Niela sat on a couch and taps her lap, signaling Chirlin to sit there. Chirlin happily hops on her sister's lap. She happily sways her feet as Niela brushes her hair with a dark wooden brush.
"I wonder what's going on right now... It's been a while since Lonara gave us any news about the Zakana" Chirlin asked her sister. "Who knows. We're going there anyway, so don't worry too much" Lonara Hamarya, leader of all people of Kryok and founder of the Arkula. "Hm... Do you think they are mean?" Chirlin asked. "Who? The Arkula? No, they're not. They are not Narukh'za" Niela said. "Ah, them, yeah. How about a little meaner?" Chirlin giggled. "Strict. Is what you're trying to say, is it not? They ARE strict, it's military after all..." Niela said. "Well, you know. Some people are... arsehole" Chirlin frowned. "Yeah, but I doubt that there are any inside the military. This world would have been destroyed long ago if their military isn't that organized" Niela said. They talked for three minutes before setting themselves to leave. Niela and Chirlin were carrying a medium briefcase that contains their clothes and some important things. "Where's the Shuttle?!" Chirlin shouted as soon as she steps outside. Niela ignores her and locked their front door by scanning the back of her identification card on the scanner. The blue light above the door turned red, indicating that it has been locked. "There..." Niela whispered and picked up her luggage and approached Chirlin.
"They said that the Shuttle will be arriving soon..." Niela took out her phone and looked at the messages. "Yeah, that's the shuttle right" Chirlin pointed at the approaching vehicle. The shuttle looked similar to the Earth's old bus, wheeled and same design. Being as the Arkula's official transport, the vehicle was goldenly armored, with blue lines going through its whole body where the power of the vehicle flows. The lights of the Shuttle blinked twice for them. Chirlin happily waves in response. "Oh man, I'm nervous..." Niela expressed her nervousness. "It's alright, Niela! We have waited for this for so long, right?!" Chirlin, on the other hand, became hyped. "Urgh..." Niela can't stand her energetic aura. They waited for the Shuttle to rotate back to the main road and parked in front of them. From the sliding door of the Shuttle, A middle-aged man appeared. "Look, Niela! He's wearing the Arkula's symbol!" Chirlin happily whispered to her sister. Niela smiled a bit before turning serious again. The man approached him and quickly turned to Chirlin. "I don't remember the Arkula allowing children to join" The man's scratchy voice startled the two. "No way!" Chirlin whined. "I can fire and shoot! Isn't that enough?!" She asked. "No, sadly. We had rules for gender, not age. Get it right" The man scratched his head in annoyance. "But, sir. She has no one left in the house" Niela said. "Where are your parents?" The man asked. "They're gone. The only two of us are left" Niela said.
The man was saddened by hearing her. "I'm really sorry, miss Niela. But-" "Hold on" He apologized and were interrupted by the woman with long black hair wearing casual clothes, with unusual eyes. "W-Whoa, look at her. Her eyes are artificial..." Chirlin lightly tugged on Niela. Kirin Solana, twenty-years-old, ceased to age, Lonara's best friend. Supposedly one of the Generals of the Arkula, recruited by Lonara but she took down the offer to hold the rank and became a carefree soldier. She commands random squads at battles and meets up with new recruits. Her eyes have been damaged during a battle against the Zakana not too long ago, the Arkula replaced them with artificial eyes, to be more efficient in battles. "Are you Niela Harvon?" She asked as she walks down from the shuttle. "Yes. Niela Harvon, ma'am!" Niela stood straight as she repeats her name. Kirin laughed as she does. "No need to be formal now. I'm Kirin Solana..." Kirin stood there waiting for their reaction. "...You... don't recognize me, do you?" She laughed awkwardly. "Wow, alright fine. I'm the recruiter of the Arkula, I'm a very close friend to Lonara" "No way!" Chirlin looked so surprised. "Hah! Yeah! I'm not even kidding! I know Lonara more than most of the people here. Anywho, why did you bring your little sister with you? She could have been the one who takes care of the house" Kirin said. "Well..." Niela looked at Chirlin. "Kirin, you know you can't br-" "What's your name?" The man was talking to her but ignored him to ask Chirlin. "...Chirlin" She shyly answered as she peeks from behind her sister. "Chirlin? Oh, what a cute name! Hope you stop growing up at that state!" Kirin giggled. "Now, Chirlin..." Then she pulled out a golden, bulky handgun.
"This is your responsibility, Kirin. I'm out of here" The man knew he can't stop her and gave up the work on her. "If you haven't known yet, this trusty handgun is called KM Resolver" She shown the gun to the two. It has a bulky body, a slightly large barrel. The grip has a random pattern that is colored blue. On the right side, a large button can be seen on the body, the symbol of the Arkula is drawn into the center of the button. "I want you to shoot that letter O on that stop sign" Kirin pointed to a sign to their right. "Miss Kirin?! Is it alright to open fire outside conflicts?!" Niela asked worryingly. "Hah! It's fine. I'm sure Lonara will understand" Kirin laughed as she pressed the magazine release and caught the magazine with her left hand. The magazine has the same design as the common Earth handguns. However, the magazine lights blue, indicating that there's a device inside other than the energies. The capacity of the energy inside the magazine is displayed on each side. For Kirin's magazine, it was semi-half empty. She replaces it with another full magazine from her hip pocket. She loudly inserts the magazine inside. "Here. Empty the magazine. All shots inside the O, you're recruited already. Three shots off, you're half-recruited. Five shots off, you're rejected. You understand?" Kirin winked as she hands the gun. "I will destroy that letter!" Chirlin shouted as she took the handgun with force then quickly aimed at the sign. "Hm... you aim great, your arms are not straight and tensed. Common mistakes for beginners. Have you been teaching her, Niela?" Kirin looked and asked her. "No..." She looked curious.
"I've been watching some tutorials on the Internet!" Chirlin lowered the gun and looked at them. Kirin laughed at her response. "That's bad parenting, Niela! You know if you're living at that Planet Earth, you will be judged too hard!" Kirin struck Niela hard on her back. "Ow..." Niela looked pained and annoyed. "Planet Earth?!" Chirlin repeated the name as she focuses back on the target. "Those humans there. They share the same bodies like us, right?!" Chirlin asked as she fires her first round. The hit was inside the letter, a bit to the right. Chirlin made a small jump of joy. "Yeah. Not only that, we almost have the same technologies. They're completely the same. But the thing is, they die of old ages. They do not live an eternal life and cease of age like us" Kirin said. "Hah! Pathetic!" Chirlin shouted as she fires her second round. The hit was on the lines of the O, to the top right. "They can never serve their world and their race for too long!" Chirlin whined as she prepares for her next fire. "I studied and learned that they reproduce faster than us" Niela said. "Whoa! What lustful creatures!" Chirlin said before she fires. The hit was way off, it strucks the P instead. "It is said that some of them are breaking the law of their ritual... What do you call it? Wedding? Some of them do intercourse before their ritual. And some are indeed very lustful and produce a lot of offsprings, either after the ritual or before the ritual" Kirin said. "Scary world" Chirlin said as she fires. The hit was a bullseye. "Nice shot" Kirin complimented her.
"Hold on, how did we end up talking about Reproduction, anyway?" Niela folded her arms. "Planet Earth" Kirin said. "That world is very bad and dirty just like the studies said" She added. "I have witnessed it myself, I once sneaked through one of our portals to the Earth. The bloodshed of Wars. Crimes like Murders, rapes. I kept hearing them from a town there. It's a horrible planet to live in" Kirin looked serious. "I learned that term. It's horrible as well" Niela looked worried. "Yeah. They force women into intercourse, not for reproduction, but for pure lust" Kirin said. "Well, go on!" She called out Chirlin who was looking at them. "Y-Yes..." Chirlin quickly aimed and fire the next round. The hit was next to the bullseye. "Hey, Kirin! We can't stay here any longer!" The man before opened up the first passenger window and shouted. "Yeah, hold on!" Kirin shouted back and signaled Chirlin to carry on. Chirlin quietly aimed and fires. The hit was inside the circle. She quietly continues to fire, taking a brake each fire. "The Narukh'za were also disgusted with that planet and have been trying to find a way to invade that planet. Of course, we're not letting them. We believed that once they got enough resources, they will start another war with us and this time, they are more overwhelming" Kirin said. "They WILL start a war with us, considering how deadly they are and their strong obsession for wars" Niela said. "We ARE at war with them right now, right?!" Chirlin stopped to asked, she already fired three rounds. Both hits inside the circle. The space inside the O was already burnt through, only little shards left. "I wouldn't call it a war. We are just not in a peaceful state with them right now. Sometimes we shoot each other over an argument, resources gathering, territorial conflicts something like that. But we are not in war" Kirin said. "Kirin!" "Right!" The man called her again.
"Alright, time's up. Six successful shots. Three miss. Fire at that Letter P for the last energy" Kirin instructed her. Chirlin shot the P as she instructed. The upper part of the P was completely holed. "Seven successful shots, three miss. You're half-recruited" Kirin walks and taps Chirlin's shoulders. "What half-recruited?" Chirlin gave her a curious look. "You're within my recommendation, which increases your chance of being accepted into the military" Kirin smiled. "What about me?!" Niela shouted worryingly. "You're her sister, aren't you? You're recommended as well" Kirin said. "Right, right, right. Let's go! The officers are waiting!" The man shouted from the window. "Right. Let's hop on, come on" Kirlin gestured at Chirlin and grabbed Niela by her shoulder and went to the shuttle. "It's my first time riding an Arkula vehicle!" Chirlin expressed her excitement. "You have been idolizing us for so long, huh? This is just a transport vehicle, and you are already amazed" Kirin giggled. The shuttle was half-full, but Kirin saved a spot for them and herself near the front. The three of them took the seats. It was a little bit uncomforting for the two as most of the soldiers are sitting in the front with them. "I can see you through with these eyes, you know? I saw your potential, your overwhelming emotions about your deceased parents. Your burning hatred against the Zakana and your long desire of joining the military to avenge your parents" Kirin admits to the two. "N-No way..." Niela had her eyes wide in surprise, feeling quite uneasy and amazed at the same time. "Yes. These eyes have more functions, mostly knowing every detail about everything I see" Kirin said. "I have never felt so powerful in my life. Hahaha!!!" Kirin laughed out loud. The soldiers and the two siblings are the ones feeling awkward for her. "Also, I can see your white underwear" "WHAT?!" Kirin glanced below Chirlin, making her shout. Everyone heard what she said and the shuttle turned quiet. "I didn't say that with rude intention. That was part of my demonstration, to be honest" Kirin said. They were not sure if they will trust her with what she said.
The motions of the shuttle made Kirin sleepy. She yawned loudly, without even covering her mouth. "Was I struck by a sleeping dart? I want to sleep..." She slides down slightly and looked at Niela. "Good night" She said before turning her head away and closed her eyes. "Uh..." Niela was in confusion. With her gone sleeping, the shuttle went quiet. Only the faint noise of the energy-powered engines are heard. They took five minutes to gather the remaining recruits from the town and another five minutes before they were able to leave the town. "Three-hundred kilometers. You were the farthest town from any of our bases. We hope you brought food along. Don't forget to share with those who don't have" The driver told the passengers. "That will take some time" Chirlin said. "In that case, I will sleep too" Niela felt drowsy after knowing the distance. "Sleepyheads" Chirlin teased them. An hour has passed, Chirlin was still watching outside the window while resting her chin on her palm. As she remains like that, a Zakana creature suddenly dug from the sands. It stood like a human in Chirlin's surprise. Its dark-green skin is covered by the purple sands. Its saliva drips from its big long mouth with sharp teeth and a long pointy tongue. Its bright red narrow eyes stalk the moving vehicle. Chirlin's eyes went wide in the surprise of actually seeing one. She wasn't able to speak, but let out one word. "...Zakana..." She whispered. She carefully watched the creature until it charges forth.
"ZAKANA!!!" Chirlin shouted as loud as she can to alert them. "What?!" The driver started darting around. The shuttle quickly went loud with the cries and worries of the passengers. "To our right!" A soldier shouted. The creature had incredible speed, once it got closer, it jumped and throws itself against the shuttle, shaking everyone inside. Its sharp claws scraped against the armor of the Shuttle, leaving a long scratch. "Zakana! Prepare yourselves!" Kirin alerted the soldiers. "Shoot from the windows!" She commanded. The soldiers near the windows opened the windows up and used their assault rifles to shoot at the creature. The creature roared in pain as it took several hits, using only its arms as the protection. It stopped chasing the shuttle and stood in a spot. Then it spat something. The soldier on the second window was shot in his head and drops on his back dead. A sharp tooth-like projectile was stuck into his forehead. "It's firing, close your wi-!" the soldier on the first window was shouting a command but was hit by the creature's projectile before he can finish his words. "Close the windows!" Kirin shouted and they all closed their windows. The speed of the projectiles wasn't enough to penetrate the windows. "I thought they said the paths are clear?!" Kirin angrily shouted. "They definitely moved underground ma'am!" The driver shouted. "This shuttle can't hold on much longer against its attack! We need to kill it, ma'am!" A soldier shouted. "I will head out! Stay here!" Kirin ran towards the door. The driver hesitated for a second before opening the door for her. Kirin jumped out of the shuttle and faced the creature. It roared wildly at her as she stands as a threat to it. Then spat against her. However, with her eyes, she was able to see the projectile and moved her head away. "Begone!" She shouted as she charges. The creature roared and they both charged at each other.
It raised its right arm, aiming to claw her down. Kirin smiled at its low intelligence. As soon as its arms drop, Kirin jumped forward, to the left and slashed the arm with the long blade she just unsheathed. The creature screamed in a high-pitch as it bleeds of green blood. Kirin shot its leg from behind using the Resolver. Once it's down to its knees, Kirin finished it off by shooting its head next. The creature drops on the ground with a dying growl. She looked at the dead body of the creature. The sharp blades from its back still terrified her. "The shuttle is under attack!" She heard the soldiers with her feed on the shuttle. "What?!" Kirin angrily looked back and saw three more Zakana creatures attacking the shuttle. "How many are you stalking this area?!" She was enraged. "Shoot from the windows! Make sure not to open too wide!" The driver shouted a command then gunfires deafened Kirin. She had to turn the feed off. "Haaaa...!!" Kirin shouted as she charged towards one of the creatures. Her boots lit up blue as it activates. She now runs with incredible speed while wielding her long sword. As she gets closer, the one she is targeting felt her storming stomps and slowly turns its head to her direction. Before it can land its eyes on what's coming, Kirin jumped and stabbed its neck. Her speed threw both of them away from the shuttle. Kirin remained her sword on its neck. When they stopped, She pushes the sword further and let go. Then she grabbed her Resolver and finished off the incapacitated creature by shooting its head. "One down!" Kirin whispered to herself as she turns to the remaining two. Sensing that one of their allies is down, the last two creatures faced Kirin and charged together.
"Ma'am! They're coming for you! Be careful!" A soldier shouted from a window. "Shoot the one in my right!" Kirin's eyes flash as she re-open the live feed and commanded the soldiers. "Roger that!" As she commanded, the soldiers from the shuttle start shooting the charging monster on her right. It ruined its charge and stumbled and fell to the ground. As the last one charging, Kirin made a stance. As it gets closer, Kirin jumped forward and slashed its left leg. The creature loses its balance and therefore losing its focus on its attack as its leg got wounded. It cries in the same high-pitch noise, indicating that her attack was effective. Kirin stopped and turned around, she crouched and aimed her Resolver at the creature. "Shoot!" She shouted. And they all fired at the weakened creature until it drops to its back. Kirin sighed in relief and turned to the shuttle. "Are the recruits safe?" She asked on the feed. "Yes, ma'am" A soldier responded. "How about the Harvon?" She asked and the soldier took a second before answering. "They're fine, ma'am" The soldier said. "I'm glad..." The blows of the winds now enveloped her and the shuttle, nothing else was noisy anymore but the winds and the sands. "I'm returning..." Kirin said with an exhausted voice. "N-Nice work, ma'am. Please do hurry. We might have attracted more with our guns" The soldier said. With that, Kirin walked back to the shuttle at a hurried pace. The driver opened the door for her. "Nice work, ma'am" He praised. "Yeah. Good job driving away from them" Kirin praised back. "Don't we have any contact with the other shuttles?" She asked the driver. "No, ma'am. I think they got ahead of us and we were the last to leave from this region" The driver said as he closes the door behind her. "Great. We only have our Slayers and Resolvers..." Slayers are what the Arkula named for their borrowed and modified assault rifles from the Krygstek, originally named 'Rattler'. Its design is similar to the Resolver, golden structure with blue energy lines but the barrel is longer and the magazine is next to the trigger. The iron sights are bright blue, Its front iron sight is pointy and the back iron sight has a circle.
"If a Shielder appears, we're done for" Kirin said. A Shielder is what they named after the gigantic, rhino-like creature with two thick and long horns. It lowers its head to make use of its horns as a shield or to bash onto something with great strength. Its face is also similar to rhinos except that they have yellow eyes. Its face cannot be seen as its horns completely covers them unless it moves its head up a little. "We... hope that doesn't happen, ma'am" A soldier on the left seat nervously said. "Yeah, Hope. But we are in a large field of sands right now... Even those shielders can dig themselves further down to hide their 'shield' when moving. And from these closed windows, we will never hear their movements" Kirin scoffs. "Nor will we feel their movements, this vehicle has anti-motion or whatever you call that technology" She added. "Interior Stabilizer. It greatly controls and forces the interior to stay straight and balanced when the vehicle is shaken from the outside" A soldier said. "Heh, perfect" Kirin hopelessly laughed and returned to her seat. "A shuttle have no awareness when they needed it the most. What perfect technologies we have" She said. "You're doing good, old man?" Kirin stood up for a second to tap the middle-aged man in front of them. "Yeah, I'm fine" He responded. The shuttle drives again. But not too long ago before another creature appears. This time, they just shoot from the windows. It was different this time, after they die, another one appears, sometimes two or three appears. "I only have two magazines left!" A soldier alerted. "We weren't so prepared for such heavy battles!" Kirin angrily shouted. "Those field scanners are gonna pay for this!" She shouted. They continued to fire at the attacking creatures. Then later, one of the soldiers was shot by the creatures and his gun went flying and landed next to Niela. She got scared and crushed Chirlin to the side. "Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!!!" Chirlin screamed in pain. "Sorry!" Niela moved a little bit for her. Kirin noticed the gun next to her.
"Niela! This will be your target practice! Open your windows slightly and start shooting at them!" Kirin commanded her. "W-What?!" Niela panicked. "That's an order! Do it now!" Kirin then focused on her targets outside. Niela picked up the Slayer, she ignored how heavy it is for her and asked Chirlin to move away from the window. "I have never fired a weapon before, but..." Niela took a deep breath before opening the window slightly for the muzzle to stick out. "Aim, Niela! Don't just fire everywhere! Our ammunition is very limited!" Kirin warned. "Yes!" Niela responded and focused her sights on a running creature. It was hard for her to stay focused since the shuttle is on the move. After a second, Niela fired one shot and it totally missed the creature. "Niela, we are moving! You have to make an advancement! Don't just point your gun to them!" Chirlin said. "Right!" Niela then aimed a little bit to the left of the running creature. She pressed the trigger and fired, the creature grown in pain as it was shot in the torso. "Nice one, sis! Kill that thing!" Chirlin praised her. Niela became more confident and continues. "This one's mine then!" Niela shouted. After feeling the recoil of the gun, Niela adjusts herself to it and started to fire more than one round. "Fire, fire!" Chirlin cheers her sister. Niela's continuous fires hurt the creature too much. It roared and threw itself against the shuttle. Everyone was shaken a little bit. "Ma'am! The Stabilizer is failing!" The driver shouted, which increased the recruits' cries. "Nothing we can do! Keep driving forward!" Kirin shouted. "All of you, keep shooting!" "Roger!" She shouted again and the soldiers responded. "Chirlin! Mags!" She called her and threw two magazines. "Thank you!" Chirlin thanked her and focused back on her sister.
After some shots, the slayer's blue lights went red. "Ah! Looks like I'm out of energies!" She shouted. "Here!" Chirlin reached for the eject and inserted a new magazine. The gun changed back to blue. "Thanks!" Niela thanked her and started shooting again. Later, she managed to incapacitate three creatures. The two were out of magazines. "Kirin! We're out of magazines!" Chirlin shouted at her. "Sorry! I can't give you no-!" The shuttle was hit hard by the creature on Kirin's side. A very loud electrical sound followed. "Ma'am Kirin! The Stabilizer is down! Embrace for all the attacks!" They can feel the driver's fear of his voice alone. "Oh no! What's gonna happen?!" Chirlin and everyone in the back started panicking. Like the Zakanas sensed the failure of the stabilizer, they started to throw themselves against the shuttle frequently. The soldiers with the remaining ammunition can no longer focus on their fires and the shuttle was on the danger of flipping to its side. "Argh! They know about the stabilizers! Those wretched monsters!" Kirin angrily shouted as they continued to be shaken about. "Niela!" Chirlin hugged her sister. "Don't worry, I got you...!" Niela hugged her back tightly. "Don't worry! I will keep you guys safe!" Kirin tries to calm them down. One of the creatures jumped from a distance and it shook the shuttle hard and it stayed up on its two wheels.
"We're gonna flip to our side!" Kirin shouted. "I got it!" The driver turned right to counter the flip. It almost didn't work, but they avoided being flipped. The driver then returned to their path. "We're out of magazines! We're sitting duck here!" A soldier shouted. Hearing him made the recruits cry harder. "What are you crying for?! You're gonna be a part of the military and you're showing us this?!" Kirin was rather stopping them and making them strong than humiliating them. Despite the intense shaking of the shuttle, Kirin forced herself to stand and face the recruits. "Show me how brave you are! Show me that you can control yourselves under pressure!" She shouted. Half of the recruits stopped tearing. "Once we get through this, you will ALL get my recommendation! So stop being a chicken in our sight!" With that last shout, Kirin sat back. "The Arkula will never be strong with these...crybabies..." Kirin whispered to the two. "But that's why-" A creature threw itself against the shuttle and interrupts Chirlin. "That's why they undergo training, right?" She continued. "Yes, but just because you aren't trained yet doesn't mean you can just tear up like that! Especially when you're on your way to the recruitment!" Kirin shouted. "But-" "And on your way to your TRAINING!!!" Kirin looked very annoyed, which made Chirlin quiet. Ten seconds later, different kinds of Zakana went surface from the sands.
"Rangers started appearing!" The driver shouted. Ranger is what they named after the Zakana humanoid creatures that look similar to the common ones, but the Ranger spit out acid from its green intestine. Its eyes are yellow. "They're gonna melt our windows!" The driver shouted again as three Rangers appeared from a distance in front of them. "We have to turn away!" The driver made a sharp turn to the right, bumping away some of the creatures. The Rangers' intestines started to grow and lit bright green as they inhale. "They're readying to spit!" A soldier warned. "Turn around and face the back of the shuttle against them!" Kirin shouted to the driver. "But ma'am, we can't linger here no more! We MUST get out of these area as soon as possible!" The driver denies her order. "They're aiming at our windows! If these melts we're done for!" Kirin shouted then looked back to the Rangers. "Fine! I will use my eye!" Kirin quickly went into the left side of the shuttle and opened the window. "No! Ma'am!" The soldier didn't want to intrude her and just watched her worryingly. "AAAAHHH!!!" The circles on Kirin's iris began rotating. Once at full speed, her eyes flashed as the circles stopped immediately and deployed a barrier from her eyes. "Grr...!" She wasn't used to its side-effects and greatly pains her. "As soon as the acids hit the shield, drop them quick, Kirin! You can't use that for too long!" The driver shouted. "Fire it... Fire it!!!" Kirin was trying hard not to close her eyes in pain, the shield drops if she does.
Just as she said, the Rangers fired at them. The barrier blocks the acid from hitting the shuttle. The barrier disappeared quick and Kirin screamed in agony, covering her eyes. "Take care of her! I'm driving straight now!" The driver said as he returns to their path. Kirin's screams terrified the recruits. She did not scream for too long, her shouts gradually sat down. "Is she alright?!" The driver asked. "Yeah, I guess so! Her eyes are leaking something!" The soldier stared at the thick blue liquid that are slowly dripping out of her hands. Hearing him, Kirin quickly looked at her hands. "Ah, it happened again..." Kirin fixed herself and wiped off the liquids with her arms. "Don't worry, they're this eye's tears" She said. Then they realized the Zakanas are just chasing them and stopped shaking them. "What's going on?" Niela looked around. They were just chasing the shuttle. Then all of a sudden, the ground started to shake. "W-Whoa! Hold on to something!" Kirin shouted. "That's a Shielder!" A soldier shouted. "No way...!" Chirlin was the one to witness the surfacing Shielder. Its thick long horns outsized the shuttle. "Shielder on our right!" A soldier shouted. The shielder lowered its head, showing the very big horns and then immediately charged.
Its speed is decent despite the big appearance. "It's coming!!!" A soldier shouted in fear. "Embraaaaace!!!" The driver shouted a second before the Shielder bashed the shuttle away. Everyone on the right side went was hit hard by the bulges the shielder made. Everything went chaotic for them as the shuttle flies far and hit the ground multiple times.
