Chapter 37 - Eden

I blinked.

Baron softly snored next to me as I trembled. Under my eyes were bags as I yawned. I didn't get a fucking wink of sleep last night. My eyes were bloodshot as I started to hallucinate.

"Hahahahaha."

I laughed crazily as my exhaustion touched a nerve in my head. Well this was fucking fun. I pushed the covers back and stood up. I turned to see sunlight enter the room through the large arched window. I walked over to see a large garden. My burning heart cooled down at the calm sight.

I didn't realize I was crying until I felt the tears go down my cheeks. I was pretty sick of everything. The whole change of waking up in this time period and being thrown in this type of situation has been weighing on me. I wonder how my family is faring after hearing of my death. I wonder if I'll ever go back to them.
