Onto another monitor. They saw two masked people walking. Nobody dares fight them as they are both extremely powerful based on the battle in Tokyo last time.

Shin spoke to a microphone that is connected everywhere in the facility.
Of course even without that nobody really would fight unless they have a death wish.
Both of when wore black robes and masks to hide themselves. Nobody knows any reason for that. Their objective currently is to unmask them and know who they really are as there is no way to kill them due to their power.

Meaning the time inside it is halted as nothing could rot or deteriorate. But none of those is what he is taking out.
