Takao entered a certain house. That house is something he made and doesn't belong to the village.

Everybody then joined into families.

A ball of light has appeared on her hand.

"Then. It is settled. Every man will have the same ability as your elder. All woman will have the same ability as his wife. Is that fine?"

Everybody from that group has received their respective abilities.
"Do you want a last name?"

"Then it is for you to decide now. Whatever that last name will be."
"Yes! Then. I wanted us to be called. Dark seraph!"
"Accepted. I will now proceed until everybody is given magic. I trust you all that nobody would betray me."
"No! All of us are under you! Your majesty!"

And it proceeds until the very last group. Which only a single person is in it.
The family heads are given four hundred thousand points. And those who are just members are given one hundred thousand. It will change since magic actually grows based on how they train on using it. Based on Takao.
