The intensity of the flame when increased turns orange, while that of the toxin turns darker green, but once the equilibrium is reached the shade of the flame will turn red which means that you have succeeded and only then can you breakthroughs.
If after you breakthrough your core is still green colour then it will not be able to change no matter what method you use, you should believe it when I tell you that we have tried various methods to try to improve the quality of the flames after breakthrough but it doesn't work, you might not know but this cultivation technique is of a very high grade but it is such a pity that it has such stringent requirements.
