After going through the three weeks of monotonous cultivation Knave was able to reach the peak of the fourth shackle with consuming of a large number of pills.
This could be considered the extravagance of what son's of the patriarch of the cultivation world would most likely be able to get.
It had started with taking 2 pills a day for cultivation but as time went by Knave could feel that two pills a day was not his limit.
So he first started with pills of the lowest tier that was given by the Academy at the start of the month, this way he won't have any kind of future problems if it went wrong.
Slowly, the level of pills tath were taken went up and finally, he would take two pills of high tier and two pills of the mid-tier every day to cultivate.
