After his lunch was over he went to the market he had gone yesterday to but the herbs for Shauna's medicine to meet John and have him pass the message to Manuel and Ross to stop looking for the herb.
When he reached the market, just like yesterday it was bustling with activity. It didn't take long to find John and similarly, it didn't take much time for John to notice Knave among the group.
"Young Master Knave, what can I do for you today?" John asked giving a polite bow.
"I came today because I wanted you to pass on my message to Manuel and Ross. Can you do that?" Knave asked.
"Yes, any message you give me will be passed to them as quickly as possible!" John promised.
"Ok, tell them to not look for the herb I had asked them to look before as I had already found it. I don't want them to waste too much time on this matter anymore." Knave said.
"Ok, Young Master Knave, your message will be forwarded to Master Manuel and Ross," John said.
"Good! I will be going then"
"Take care Master Knave," John said while bidding him goodbye.
Knave didn't want to waste their time anymore now that he had already found what he was looking for as not only would that waste lot of manpower but also he wanted to show his resourcefulness.
He had just asked them yesterday for the herbs but he had already found it on his own in less than a day.
This would paint a very different picture in his new two friends minds. It would make them think that he was someone who could get anything he wanted and didn't need much of their help in that matter.
What they had as son's of their clan patriarch was that they could command a huge amount of manpower for whatever resources they needed.

If he had not come across Shauna in her need and made her his servant and later got the news then he would have had to use their resources to get the herb and at that time as a form of basic courtesy tell them why he was doing so, but now he didn't.
