After entering the room Knave almost wondered whether or not he had entered another world itself, if the room from the outside seemed big then the inside was more so.
In the room Knave could see a huge pill furnace floating in the middle of the room and below it was a blazing red fire which was continuously burning, below the fire was an array built of sorts which was brightly lit right now.
The room was filled with the aroma of different kinds of herbs of which Knave scope of knowledge could only discern a few. The room was filled with a cool atmosphere even though he could see the fire burning the furnace in the middle of the room which caught his attention.
As he was inspecting the room a sound came from the other side of the furnace, " Is that you Knave?" elder Fryer asked.
"Yes, sir." Knave replied.
"Oh! You came earlier than I expected or is it me that has been going on with this pill for a long time, anyway come around the furnace towards me and pay attention not to touch the lines of the array formation!" the elder instructed.
Heeding the elder's command he went around the furnace towards him watching his every move, so as to not step on the array lines marked on the ground.
As he moved towards the elder he was slowly evaluating the array lines drawn, but he couldn't even recognize even a single one of them with any of the information that he had comprehended from the library.
Well, that was to be expected as he had not even thoroughly learned about alchemy from the library much less arrays.
When he reached the Elders position, he could see the Elder was sitting on the ground on a mat calmly looking at the furnace while one of his hands was touching the burning hot furnace, it was Like the Elder couldn't feel the heat coming from the furnace itself.
Seeing Knave in front of him the Elder said, " You came at the right time. I am preparing pills for the spirit refining realm cultivators. Even though this concoction will be too advanced for you, as you are still in the Shackled realm but looking at the techniques you will be able to comprehend some of it which will prove beneficial to your future."
After saying that the Elder started to hit the furnace from both the sides with his hand in a rhythmic manner.
As he started to strike the furnace, it seemed like the content inside the furnace has started to tremble a bit.
After repeated knocking on the furnace for a lengthy process, finally, the Elder started to make hand signs and inject the spirit energy into the array.
As he started to inject the energy the flame beneath the furnace started to radiate with more intensity and after some time a medicinal Aroma started to spread out of the Furnace.
Even smelling the aroma coming from the furnace made the spirit energy moving inside his body react to it and started the rotate in a faster manner.
Even though the process was not as fast when he ingested a pill but it was more efficient than his normal day to day cultivation.
Other than that the process shown by the Elder had answered some of the doubts in his mind.
While he was trying to recall the rhythm at which the elder had tapped the furnace, elder Fryer produced another hand sign and the lid of the furnace opened wafting another batch of medicinal aroma.
After that, a total of 10 blue pills came floating out of the furnace towards elder Fryer's hand, who held a jade bottle in his hand to store them.
The elder first let the pills slowly enter the bottle and then started to examine it using his divine sense, after making sure that the pills that he had created were up to standards he covered the bottle with a stopper and the placed the bottle in his storage pouch before looking towards Knave again.
