After his shower, Leo tried to put on his clothing, only to realize that they no longer fit right. His body had changed significantly, not only becoming stronger, but his height increased as well reaching 6 feet. His eyesight became much clearer, his hearing stronger, and his reaction time quicker.
"System this body is amazing! How come even my height increased?"
"The Soldiers constitution skill gives the host the physic that's perfect for a soldier. This includes, flexibility, hearing, eyesight, and muscle density".
Leo couldn't help but grin with the information that the system was providing him with. In all the webnovels he used to read, the system was never this talkative, it almost felt like Leo was talking to person then some synthetic program with no emotions.
"Please don't compare this system to those fake systems you have read in your novels."
Leo was stunned silent, he never asked the system a question but it seems like it could read his mind.
"That's because I am connected to you through your neuro network. Meaning all your memories, thoughts, and ideas are accessible to me"
Leo didn't know how to feel about the system having unfiltered access to his deepest thoughts. it feels like he will never be able to be left alone with his thoughts.
"System can you not read my mind? It makes me uncomfortable knowing that I can't have a single secret thought" Leo replied back.
Leo like talking with people and being social but at the same time he enjoys the times when he can be alone and keep to his thoughts.

Not much Leo can do about it now. He was happy having the system as it is. As the saying goes, beggars can't be choosers.
Leo opened his inventory again and took a look at the last reward he received from his welcome package. The Level 1 Base Foundation.
Giving a mental push on the item a new prompt appeared in Leo's vision.

Leo could hardly contain his excitement, unable to control his body from trembling.
"System what do you mean by 10 soldiers as a reward?"
"Ten soldiers that are completely loyal to you will be assigned. These soldiers are designated by the system as standard universal soldiers capable fo hand to hand combat as well as proficient in weapon use" The system replied in a very monotonic voice.
"Yeah but where do they come from? And how come they are loyal?" Leo couldn't stop himself from asking.
"Host does not have authorization level for this answer. please upgrade the system to access more information."
System Upgrade!?
Leo's excitement was peaking. If the system was this powerful at it current level he couldn't help but wonder what amazing things the system could do after it's been upgraded. In all the webnovels that Leo chose to read instead to sleeping or being productive, he knew that when a system became upgraded, various new skills and items would be available for the host. In some of his webnovels, when a system leveled up, it would allow him to level up the hosts skills even more, going from a basic skill to something almost legendary.
A few minutes passed with Leo grinning at himself while his mind raced through all the possibilities that the system might provide him when it upgraded. Once he regained his composure, a new though came to mind, how does the system upgrade itself?
"System how do you upgrade yourself?"
"Upgrades are available when host has made significant progress in completing missions provided by the system"
"What is the requirements to level you up?" Leo asked.
"Level 2 system upgrade requirements; have level 3 survivor base available, 100,000 survivor coins, 1000 survivor followers."
"1000 survivor followers?" Leo had a look of confusion. "What are survivor followers?"
"Survivor followers are individuals who have become your loyal followers, willing to listen to your orders and follow your lead at all times" The computer sounding voice of the system replied in his head.
He could get followers? Leo wasn't a very ambitious person. He never had grandioso goals like being a boss of a huge company and having many subordinates. His goal in life was have a good job, find a wife, a few children, and have a good enough job that he could provide a life for his future family. The idea of him having hundreds of subordinates is something he never imagined, he didn't know if he was up to the task of protecting everyone. For the first time since he got the system he began to feel doubt, doubt in himself, his ability to make the correct decisions, and his ability to protect everyone important to him and his future subordinate's.
This was a big responsibility for any person. In the webnovels that he use to read, they protagonist would just follow the lead of whatever the system wanted him to do. Even if it resulted in fighting or killing. The idea of killing someone did not sit well with Leo. He was just an ordinary person, with hobbies such as reading online novels and playing sports, just like any other young man his age.
Lastly Leo looked at the last items in his inventory, the survivor coins.
The welcome package he received from the system gave him a total of 10,000 survivor coins. From reading all the webnovels in the past, Leo guessed that there most be something to spend his survivor coins on, like a system store.
Leo mentally thought of a store and a new window appeared in his vision. In front of him there where various items with a number beside each one. Leo began to look through each item and became excited one again. The items in the store where amazing.
He noticed that some of the items were also greyed out. He mentally tried to press on one o the greyed out items but was received with an error window.3

"System how come I cant buy certain item even though i have the survivor coins to purchase them?"
"Certain items require host to have a certain amount of followers before being unlocked. Not everything will be handed to the host immediately. Please work hard!"
Leo was left stunned with his mouth agape. But before he could even process what the system had just told him his vision was filled with a flashing prompt.
