The second stage aims to decrease muscle volume and become more defined to increase its power of explosion of strength and agility, after all I am a martial artist and not a bodybuilder, so I chose some aerobic exercises such as squatting, arm flexions and high intensity races that should be performed between 5 and 10 series according to what the body's ability to withstand, with each series lasting 30 minutes and with a rest interval between each series of 5 minutes.
In the third and last stage the goal is to strengthen the muscles of the core that support the body and stabilize the movements, this stability is essential for a martial artist, this stage has the same duration as the second and will be performed physical exercises such as squatting, abdominal variations that affect different muscles of the belly and board / bridge.
Of course, all this would be done while I circle the mysterious art through my body, this will make the training at least twice as efficient.
