Silence fell after The Primordial Radiant Lion's outburst. Ning scrutinized the Lion; she could not help it; her visions and insights were never voluntarily. The more she looked at the Lion, the more she saw. Behind his radiance was an ancient sorrow, guilt, and self-loathing beyond anything he felt for whom he asked Amon to butcher.
She switched her gaze to the back of the young man being offered a legacy that will perhaps make him the de facto ruler of their planet in a few years. The idea of this man she just got to know ruling over everything somehow gave her a sense of assurance. However, the more she gazed at him, the more perplexed she became. There was no sense of awe, excitement, or happiness coming out of Amon, just a state of great confusion.
"Why are you hesitant? You have your own conflict with the same clan I asked you to erase. Fate has brought us together. The platform you used was not supposed to bring you here. This meeting was never supposed to happen. Make your oath and accept the legacy of the mighty Radiant Lions' clan in its entirety. I will guide you through it and provide you with a different perspective regarding your heart." Said the Lion.
Amon sneered. He detested all talks of fate and destiny. "Which part of my conflict with the reptiles will have me stab pregnant Dragonesses before they lay their eggs or have me crush unhatched eggs?
My conflict is with one Dragon, and the amount of devastation I will rain on him is solely dependent on what happened to my little Zexian. Even in the worst-case scenario where she has been left to rot at the top of that fucking cliff, I will rip his descendants' heart right in front of the fossil reptile for it. No more.
You are asking me to commit atrocities that would make most devils shy away in shame. I refuse to become a devil or behave like one. I was never hesitant about this. I was only trying to understand your thought process and disposition that does not match your law.
How many years has it been? Three hundred million years? Four hundred? Five hundred? To the best of my knowledge, no one alive today was alive back then when calamity struck your clan. You are literally asking a fellow Primordial to make children and unborn ones pay for the sins of their long-dead ancestors with their yet to start lives. I refuse to be your cheap diabolical vengeance instrument."
The Lion growled loudly; a hint of a terrifying roar escaped his throat.
"Fool! You understand nothing and know nothing. Ever since you have been thrown across worlds to arrive here, you have wondered for what purpose. Now you are looking at the reason with both your eyes and you dare refuse?
I'm offering all you need and more on an Eternal golden platter! I'm willing to go further, break my ancient vow, and guide you towards the second reason you were brought to this isolated, hidden world once you have assimilated my legacy in its entirety."
Amon shook his head. "No! I refuse to fall so low to the point I won't ever dare show my face in front of my parents. This is besides the fact that my own father will hunt me like a swine to erase the menace I became if I did what you are asking me to do."
The Radiant Lion slammed the ground in front of Amon, causing the entire area to suffer a violent tremor. The floating golden pyramid stopped rotating and immediately shot a golden beam upward from its top tip, protecting the structure from complete devastation.
"WHAT FAMILY? WHAT PARENTS? YOU ARE NO LONGER A PRIMORDIAL OR A PHOENIX!" Roared the Lion, his radiance protecting Amon and his group from instantly dying due to his fierce roar.
"The day you were pushed towards your heart is the day you lost everything. You have nothing and no one to return to. When you become Entropy, you can do as you please, the one you call mother and is no longer your mother will have no choice but to step aside. No one can question your actions. You decide who lives and dies imperially. Provided you accept the good fortune that landed on your lap without you doing anything." Said the Lion.
Amon chuckled then laughed out loud. "If you genuinely believe your own words, then allow me to offer you an alternative solution. Instead of death and mayhem, I offer you life. When I become an entity that gets to do whatever he wants, then I will do everything in my power to resurrect your bloodline. I don't know how I will manage to pull it off, but it's something I'm willing to swear on."
"The dead cannot be brought back to life!" Said the Lion.
"That's not what I'm offering. I offered to try and find a way to give birth to a Primordial Radiant Lion. With Source and time, nothing is truly impossible. I will find a method; your clan will see the light of day once more." Said Amon with his arms wide open.
The Lion closed his eyes, mulling over Amon's promise.
"This is not a negotiation. I have already stated my condition, Dragons' blood for my blood. Make your final decision." Said the Lion.
Amon shrugged; his decision has long been made. Children are a bottom-line he won't cross.
"Very well. Then you will live the rest of your short life in regret before becoming the next Black Abyss. When you activated the platform, you have initiated an ancient planned event in motion. As we speak, numerous other portals leading to this hidden world are being repaired and activated across the continent. Soon, Human Sorcerers will flood these portals, competing for their ancestors' legacies, mine, and two other Primordials are also on offer pending our own trials.
You will watch them all enter and claim what should have been rightfully yours alone as you are blocked from even trying to compete with them due to your own low level and the fact you are not a human. You made a deal with the girls behind you. I will also deny you that. I will allow them to participate with the rest of their kind while you alone sit outside, watching everything you so desperately need, claimed by others. Now, be gone."
The golden pyramid shined a yellow beam at Amon and his group, teleporting them each to a different location.
"He might have been able to accomplish what he promised you." Spoke a voice around the Radiant Lion.
"Perhaps, but it won't bring my wives or cubs back to life. I only desire vengeance, nothing else. We will soon have candidates to exact our revenge from beyond the grave." Said the Lion as his light disappeared, dimming the entire area in darkness.

Lilium City, The Ancient Platform.
"FUCK!" Amon kept slamming the ground with his fist, releasing his pent-up anger at himself. He did not regret his decision. He was infuriated at himself for a different reason. Up until this moment, he did not understand why he needed The Radiant Lion's blood essence, like the Lion claimed, which is what pissed him off the most.
Exhaling loudly and looking at his bleeding knuckles, Amon gnashed his teeth. He did not care for the changes that happened to the ancient platform or the standing giant stone tablet next to him that was not here before.
"I need to start from the basics. The vengeful kitty was able to figure out more than me regarding my heart using the knowledge in my head and his understanding of his own law. I already have half the answer in my head. I just need to figure out his half of the solution."
Taking several deep breaths to calm himself down, Amon sat in the lotus position. 'Start from the very basics. I should assume I'm a noble, and I will develop an Ether core when I reach the True Realm. I was not sure about this before, but now I'm since the damn kitty was dangling his blood essence in front of me, it is pointless after all without the right Ether core for it.
Then to me, what does it mean to be Entropy? What do I control? What do I command? Energy...that's the first most obvious one, I have been doing it with Source crystals every time I want to enrich my body with Source. I don't need to dance or coax Source to enter my body, I just command it through my heart.
If I'm standing next to someone representing the law of energy, what is the difference between us? They, with their Energy Law, have access to all forms of energy, they would need to learn each one by one to control them while I don't, I just command it...but I can only control what I have access to!'
Amon abruptly stood up. "Fuck! That's why the damn Lion said I needed his blood essence. I can perfectly control all forms of energy, but only if I have access to them. The prominent Energy forms are fire, lightning, and light."
The Heart of Entropy contracted painfully. Amon's instinct guided him further while he clawed at his chest from pain. "Wrong...I need access to different energies types entire spectrum, the lowest lows, and highest highs. The Lion did not represent the Light Law. He represented the Radiant Law, a different separate Law."
Smacking his lips, Amon started to make sense of the Radiant Lion's behavior that initially confused him. "The law of light is a sacred supreme law, closely linked to the other only known sacred supreme law, the law of life. It is a gentle law and affects the disposition of its possessor. The beholder of either law would have been a kind, holy creature. There was nothing kind or holy about that Lion. He was exuding enough hatred for me to be able to taste it in my mouth.
Entropy is cut off from the law of life and anything closely connected to it. It never had an interest in the soft law of light. It only ever cares about light as an energy form, which means it needed the other variant of it, the Radiant Law.
My Phoenix blood essences are in a similar situation. They were not good enough, which is why my heart destroyed them. A Phoenix fire spectrum lies in the middle between the Golden Crows' violent Sunfire and the Vermillion Birds' easy to control fire. Entropy desires access to the whole range, part of it is never going to be good enough. With access, controlling its spectrum is like breathing to me.
To conclude, Entropy is like a dial knob; any energy in front of it can be dialed up and down. To gain access to said energy, I must acquire the blood essences of Primordial creatures that their variant of law represents its entire spectrum. Moreover, energy is just the start...Entropy dominates other laws too."
Amon looked around him and picked a small rock, with it, he started writing on the cliff's dirt he was on.
In the middle, he wrote Entropy and drew four arrows pointing at it. "Since I have the shape of a human, I will assume my heart has four heart chambers. Entropy is going to be my primary Ether core. The first secondary Ether core should be Time since Entropy is the arrow of time. Entropy is also the enforcer of Chaos, so the third core should be Chaos. The Heart of Entropy using soul energy was able to teleport me here from the Black Abyss, so for some reason, it also dominates Space Law.
Entropy, Time, Chaos, Space...one more?"
Sighing, Amon scratched his head. " For now, I should just focus on Entropy. The other laws won't need me to hunt down Primordials' blood essences. After all, Time, Space, and Chaos are always present around me, and I only need an Ether core for each for Entropy to control them like a fiddle. The last law can wait, I will figure it out on my own if my heart does not guide me towards it."
