Chapter 58 - Evaluations

"Good work for today everyone, Mr. Campbell, please try to be more careful next time. Well anyway, remember to polish your broomstick for this week, mostly for the players in the upcoming Quidditch, a special polisher will be given to you.". Mrs. Hooch directed at Harry who smiled upon with his bit of a smug face, Draco grimacing as Elliot just laughs along.

The class of first year flying lesson ended finally, it was all just for the other students who weren't having an easy time flying, catch up with the likes of the talented one like Harry, and surprisingly the bushy ginger haired girl, Tasia. The girl s just in par with the green eyed boy, unfortunately, there's no needed position in the Gryffindor's team, as there's already the star boy to fill it out. So no chances of her becoming someone respectable for the year.

Not like she did like Quidditch though, she said it was pretty fun but too boring as Professor Hooch doesn't let them do the actual "fun" and "dangerous" stuff.

As well as maybe Elliot, who already experienced much more risky stuff, that such, mere flying isn't even exciting anymore. Oh, opposite for Justin though. He's bad at it, real bad. He doesn't even try since he knows that it's not fitted for him.

Done with that, the trio made its way into the corridors carrying their broomstick, as well as the polishing stuff and things that should be applied into the broom. "You guys, who do you think will win for this year's first match?" Tasia spoke in a enthusiastic tone, but not specifically because of the incoming "match".

"Analytically, as for the opening match with Gryffindors versus Slytherin, Harry as the new seeker of Gryffindors, Slytherin will have a high chance winning with its 6th year Seeker, also accompanied with their dirty plays." Justin spoke monotonous. Completely uninterested.

"Did you just insulted my house?" Elliot asked jokingly. The other two just snorted as they arrived at the storage where broomstick are placed.

"By the way, be ready for this noon, it's finally the time for your evaluations, your training will be more harsher and same as my regime if you manage to defeat me both." Elliot stated looking to the two who exclaimed smiling.

"Didn't you said you manage to get this strong after several years? You're expecting 'us' to defeat you?"

Justin spoke in a low tone, incredulous of the battle Elliot spoke that will happen between them.

"Yeah, but that's because you two are more talented than me-"

"Your kidding right?" Justin cut it off, groaning in disbelief.

"No..."

"-Tasia is really skilled already at her raw strength, that's why she can keep up with my physical training, and you, Justin, you're very... intelligent making you very talented at magic. Both you two are focused on specific skill. One mental, one physical. Unlike me, who had to learn both things without the talent, but with hardwork and patience." Elliot turned around exiting the storage room as he explained his reasons.

"Also, even tough I did trained for several years, which is not actually really "several", quarter of those are doing the wrong things. I did the wrong way of doing Core Enhancer, until my master came and taught the right things. Which when you started training Core Enhancer, you have already managed to do the right way. And also, unlike you two, I balance my skills, my physical strength and mental strength, both knowledgeable and strong. Which Justin, if you continue this training, your probably gonna get stronger than me at magic, as obviously, your already intelligent but you will be very your weak physically, vice versa for Tasia. Very strong yet....dumb. "

"So conclusion is, you guys might get stronger than me, if you will stay as a duo, Brain and Brawns. And me, I have more of a hard time as I have to learn both things, also I experiment with Potion and Spells, and have some future plans.... might as well add that i also have some business outside the school. I have a busy life even without my education here.

"-So 'analytically', you guys can already battle me. Don't worry, i don't really train everyday that 'hard'. I take some breaks and also sometimes procrastinate. Since that's just natural alright. And my training regime decreased now, since I have no time doing it all within our busy schedule every day. "

It was a long one, long explanation which Elliot did rarely. His replies are usually short and self explanatory. Which sometimes pisses the nerves of others since it's not 'friendly' enough. But the two nodded in full understanding.

"How many years did you train by the way?"

Justin asked.

"Eh? Only two, I may be strong among the first years but truthfully, seventh years could take me to be honest," Elliot answered, taking him back to the past back then. He seriously though that he was "super strong" as he defeated Raizel who is a pureblooded member of the underground society. But to his dismay, it was because Lucius Malfoy did some damaged to Raizel making him unable to fight Elliot in full strength. Which Elliot was hit by reality that Raizel is indeed still stronger, mostly now that Elliot have taught him Core Enhancing techniques. Making Raizel and the Owlers even more stronger. He will now have a hard time catching up with them...

He laughed also remembering the fight he had with the Owlers. Raizel that motherfucker actually made him drink a water that is enhanced by a strengthening Potion before he had the fight, cause Raizel was worried Elliot would be obviously defeated by the Owlers, and would be in serious danger. It was kept a secret until before he came to Hogwarts. And that he just won against the 7 Owlers because he had the potion, as well as the Enhancer Mode. So specifically speaking, if he didn't drank that Potion, with enhancer mode or not, Elliot didn't stand a chance against them, the Owlers. Sure, imprint some damage but not the injuries he gave them when he drank the potion.

He really gave a good spank to Raizel after knowing that.

There was only about few minutes before they have to go immediately to the Shrieking Shack, since after the mountain troll coming inside the castle, the curfew has been strict, as well as the guarding staffs. "Well, let's go now shall we?"

The three were more in guard today, as Snape have been really suspicious of them everyday. In every class, in every seconds they see each other. After being caught by the man, they've been having a hard time going to a more discreet path towards the Shack. Adding more troublesome time to the trio. Which makes them really annoyed. But nevermind that, both Elliot and Justin is doing good also pissing off the dungeon bat. With more harder details in their essays, Snape sometimes have to check into his books just to see it its right or wrong. Giving him more hard time checking their papers. So technically, both sides are fair. Both sides give trouble to each other.

Unfortunately, Dumbledore is also being more suspicious of them. But thankfully, after the forging of the Golden Trio, Hermione, Ron and Harry with their adventures, professors now are focusing on them instead.

It's an all win to Elliot, Justin and Tasia.

Making their way through the vast terrifically dark forest, they now then rest themselves through the new couch of the Shrieking Shack.

It was into a renovation, new furnitures, wallpapers, and floors. Except the outside look is still the same for no suspicion, still looking like destroyed shack rumored for a ghost to live in it.

"Here ya go," Elliot threw a black piece of clothing, Tasia grabbing one realizing it's a knee and elbox protector. She just gladly accepted it throwing another one to Justin who weaklessly got hit. Muttering an 'ow' sound.

"I'm sure you know that Tasia will be going for more aggressive movement. As ehrm... she doesn't really have any talents for spells.." Elliot looked at the Tasia who confidently didn't deny the statement. Coughing looking at Justin.

"So i recommend that Tasia will be the tank. As the physically weak Justin will be probably hiding behind handling the magic part. Remember, don't over use Enhancer Mode once you activated it if you want to amplify yourself. As this will be the first time we will have a serious battle, a very big exchange of exhaustion will be given to you soon after. "

"Why are you telling this to us? You're our enemy here El, " Justin arched his brow asking. "Just saying. It's a very obvious fact anyway." Elliot answered simply Justin groaned as he tightened the protector, feeling nervous ever since he came here. It was new kind of nervousness. Not fear or anxiety of not being able to answer in class, rather. Excitement?

Tasia hit her both fist together smirking childishly attempting to have a threatening look to El. Elliot who ready-d himself, as its the "first fight" he isn't "cheating" with. No enhancement nor some damage already to his opponent. It really dismayed him when he thought that he was already able to par atleast to the likes of Raizel who is a very strong person, and it was just thrown over, that he thought too much of himself.

He grunted heavily closing his eyes, exiting the Shack as they threw an item to the knot of the Whomping Willow to keep it paralyzed. There were about some few meters apart between the two sides, Elliot on the right, Justin and Tasia onto the left. Elliot and Justin have their hands all ready, no spells, as it would be just useless with Simple Magic being overpowered, while Tasia was excitingly heating up her fist, adrenaline rush already coming over.

"Ready?" Justin in the back lane asked hiding behind Tasia who's petite but tall body covering him a bit, waiting for Elliot to answer.

"Read-"

The physically enhanced girl made its way to the middle lane, her hard rock fist that traveled faster than the light, directed to the young boy's face, the air was fierce, wind splashed around like water, and fortunately, the boy's head manage to turn around last second dodging the young girl's, Tasia incoming huge fist.

The punch didn't hit anything, only the force that was opposing it. Tasia grunted heavily feeling her unbalance feet off the ground who was suddenly not in place anymore. In just a mere second, Elliot manage to make her slip as he had gone on the lower ground hitting her open knees making her squeel

Justin immediately powered a ball of mana, and incredibly, Elliot smiled and sweatdropped at the same time. That kid really has an unlimited space for his energy.

The bright ball radiated with brimming energy almost lighting up the whole land of Whomping Willow, flying at full speed which luckily Elliot can still manage to grasp with his healthy eyes.

He was a bit spared by the energy ball who almost hit his scapula, more vague, in his shoulder. The surroundings were dark, but the unlimited energy ball that Justin was making might have eventually made the place anyway a park.

Justin was really thankful though. Learning spells like in Charm's are really more troublesome as it takes time unlike energy balls like these. It takes up his inner mana directly and doesnt need to be casted by wands which can easily break anytime. Just freely by hands which can make him hit the target more precisely. It's also stronger and better still.

The fight didn't have any spell that was casted, just energy balls that were being conjured by both two boys. The girl using physical attacks instead.

Elliot crooked his nose sensing the incoming heat of the incoming lion kick of Tasia in his head without any doubt whatsoever, he gulped lifting his other hand who was supposedly making an energy shield, catching her feet in an iron grip, flipping her over as her body falls onto the hard rock ground. But in exchange, as his shield was dispersed in the air, the coming mana ball of Justin hit her solar plexus, implementing a small strain of wounds that rounds around the part.

Tasia's eyes were watering as her nose were directly hit, and Justin was breathing heavily for the sudden decrease of his mana.

All three were in their Enhancer Mode, their bodies bright with the glowing aura. Tasia was fierce yellow, except that it was flowing a lot weaker around her body. Indicating she was not that strong yet in terms of magic. Justin though was glowing bright in blue, like the sea that is waving for an incoming tsunami.

Elliot's one, is mystic white, surrounding him like it will never leave him be. It was wild, powerful, but after getting hit in a very important part, it gets kind of wavy for some bit.

Elliot rushly took his feet up to the ground, as he lifts his body, going for a quick punch.

But not for Tasia, but going forward targeting Justin who was caught off guard.

Until the undying hands of Tasia caught his foot quickly than he though she would move. Struggling to get of her tight fist.

Her long nails were being carved into the smooth silky skin, Elliot silently groaning in pain as some few bloods rupted out of the skin.

He slapped he his feet continously in the ground getting the grip out of his foot, the adrenaline powered punch no longer there as Justin cake up from above, his feet enhanced as he amanged to jump quickly powerful and high, another round of energy ball to directly hit Elliot's nape.

But it was no use as Tasia accidentally move ruining the target that Justin was supposed to hit. Only for Justin to fall on the ground with his enhance body protecting him from bleeding out.

All three were breathing hard, one was about to be depleted of energy, one was full of dirts and scratches, and one was obviously very tired and overly exhausted.

But in the other perspective, Justin knew this wasn't working. Tasia will be continously be hit and Justin himself will continously be the one that will damage Elliot, while Justin, even though he has no opponent clearly, his mana is about to be depleted with his energy balls not hitting Elliot always.

Justin grunted, furrowing his eyebrows, pushing his damaged glasses up to the bridge of his nose, his fist tightly closed, bruises and small cuts in the edge of the skins of his hands. He stopped his enhancer mode, feeling the big Aftermath. It was painful. Excruciatingly painful. He felt like his energy was not enough to fill his whole body to move. The tension stopped, seeing the chaotic scene. Tasia is in the ground, Elliot is in his knees coughing, as Justin himself is sitting on the floor groaning.

But smiling for awhile, he looked at Tasia who looked back after noticing the familiar stare. The girl looking back, she saw the mischievous smile and sly upward movement of Justin's sleep.

A muttering heard between the two....

Elliot was not in knowledge of it, looking up to see the two close together.

Justin was in his knees, and Tasia in back.

('What is this? Switch positions?')

He readied his fist, his feet in the back, putting the proper MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) posture, one that can really give some lethal moves and dodge back.

But it took no longer time as Tasia ran to the front lane, as Justin squatted giving her a push up in thee air. Where Elliot's tall stature could not even reach.

Elliot finally realized what they were doing. He looked at Justin who was squinting half of his eyes about to fall asleep. But his whole body did not bear any aura that is a sign of Enhancer Mode. Instead, his whole energy that is left in his mana reservation, sacrificing this one move. Which actually, was not being used to make an energy ball, but was powering Tasia who is now floating in the air as the energy supplied her body with great enhancements.

Her fist was going wild, it's just not a simple punch that Elliot can avoid. If was going beyond speed, it was also accompanied by an energy ball inside.

Elliot finally felt fear, fear or excitement.

He can't counter that. Obviously.

The only thing rational is dodging it, but it seems like this is what they call the 'flashing before going to after life'. Except it was literal flashing of an energy enhanced fist.

But smiling, he brought up his hands within milliseconds, doing the same as Justin conjuring his whole energy in his hands, countering the fist as an explosion blew up within the land. Possibly making some notice from the castle due to how loud it is.

Elliot stood scathed by injuries, pushing his hair back passing out.

"You fucking guys don't have any mercy do you?"
