Chapter 27 - Orphanage

"Sir, is this what you mean when you said you're going back again to the muggle world?" Raizel with me, asked discreetly whispering, loud enough to hear without being close to me.

"Yes, exactly" I nodded in confirmation. After a year passed, I planned to go back to the muggle world, specifically, the orphanage.

Why you say so?

This would be the time where my letter from Hogwarts will be arriving, and i should not be seen as a muggle kid who shouldn't have any knowledge about the Wizarding World, living already in Hogsmeade. I don't know yet if it's only a letter or a professor that will be sent out for me. There's really no favoritism picking, just random really. So I need to get ready. What if I'm in Hogsmeade and suddenly some professor came?

That's why I will stay here for awhile until I get my letter. And also, find the two, yes, Arch and Claude.

Within the year, they haven't made any move nor notice to me. No news of them or anything. Someone was in charge of his company, Night, for awhile, so as I said, long ago, I already sent out some workers to go to the replacement and presumably get some knowledge about the two. Yet, no luck. They, the current replacement, didn't have any knowledge about my master too.

I sighed rubbing the bridge of my nose. Who knew they will just disappear one night? And I don't even fucking remember what happened. I'm sure he casted some Obliviate spell on me, the most likely choice he made. Since one thing before he dissappeared, I don't remember at all. Yet it's always familiar to the feels.

With numerous fails, I sent out my two personal Owlers. Already urging to find them. And it's not because I missed them or need help. I just need for some reason to know if they're alive. I got a lot of questions. Do they already know me reincarnating? They're experts at Legitimency right? Why didn't they say so?

I'm confused by their actions. Like they're hiding something for me. A thing I absolutely hate.

I just didn't bother that for a moment. Standing in the unpleasant view.

With the other 5 Owlers, standing behind me, I stare at the broken down household, the orphanage.

Nothing's changed. Still dirty, smelly, and not one broken walls are fixed nor windows. Between those cracks in the windows, I can see some silhouettes of the people inside.

Breaking in suddenly would be disrespectful. But no choice.

I glanced at Raizel and the Owlers, with their confused face, seems I need to explain it to them again. But that's for later..

Turning around, I approached Raizel.

"Rai, remember the one I told you? The gym that - Night, my master owns. Go there, here's the card," I informed the tall man, turning around to give him a invulnerable golden card. It's the gym where we used to train back then two years ago. And it's only available to those who have access to the cards. Which me, Claude, and Arch only has.

The town of Narbonne huh?

They soon parts off with their cars. Leaving me all alone outside as I stand, just observing for some time. The wind passing by messing up my hair, giving me some cold shivers. Time to go in I guess....

The five feet tall boy stands in front of the old orphanage he used to live in.

The Appalachian Children's Home. Town of Narbonne, midlands of England.

He sighs nostalgia popping in. He wondered what were his friends doing..

Justin must be reading as always while Tasia is probably sleeping or training her body unusual for kids, mostly, for girls.

They were childish as for Elliot's mature mind. But still, it's a feeling he never did experienced. Having friends, someone who concerns over you, and guys who know you exist. It's a thing he never experienced at all. Having someone. Being a kid. Having some childhood memories.

He smiled like an old man reminiscing the past.

He let out a big sigh.

His plans goes like this - as he said, he's going here only for the Hogwarts letter where it will be 'supposed' to be delivered. By the time it comes, he's immediately gone. Probably the last time he will meet Justin and Tasia. And the giving of it, he wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow already. Since it's August 4, September 1 is already the school day. Its always give in advance as for the buying of things. He also planned to go to Diagon Alley again after that and buy those required stuff.

Just thinking of that makes him hype. It's the thing he's been preparing for, for years. Being the student he always wanted.

Come to think of it..

He's a hufflepuff before, what about now? Will it change? Raizel would probably laugh at him if he did get Hufflepuff..

And well, to pass time while he's waiting here at the orphanage, he will train the Owlers. They will be basically his front liners if some fight happen or if he gets involved in the war.

He's not a coward that doesn't want to fight or doesn't have the ability to defend himself. He's already strong enough to take care of himself. But he just doesn't want to waste his time bothering with things that will be won anyway.

Training them, Owlers, includes his personal regime. Except for the sword arts and body foundation. In terms of body, they got it all. 6 packs of abs, some even probably more than that, broad shoulders, tall figure, slender yet strong built. Wizards have it easy. Even eating loads of foods would be metabolize already in seconds.

They're also knowledgeable already about potions, charms, and practically, spells. But what they dont know is their core, is also spilling out, wasting the accumulated mana they get everyday, making their spells more weaker if less mana is used. Like what Arch told him.

Yes. Elliot will teach them the core enhancement and simple magic. Simple magic is very already offensive yet also defensive in its simple form. Hell would break loose if the seven of them, with their code name of O1, O2, O3, O4, O5, O6, O7, would learn it. Perfecting it would make them probably stronger than Snape himself. Simple Magic, after several studies by my experience, I theorized it by my own. It's indeed powerful. But it's just buried after centuries passed. That's unlucky for the Wizarding Community he guess.

But then, he needs to reduce how effective the core enhancement would be.

It can be harmful to them, as Elliot remembered that Arch did something to him before letting him enhance his core in the max level. Meaning, if he makes them do what he did before, without those things that Arch did, they would be probably crippled like what happened to Arch when he tried it.

So, he just hopes none of them die.

Elliot, after standing for some time, finally walk in slowly, silence he brings.

He opens the door of the orphanage, where immediately, several people eyed him in wonder.

"Who are you?" Some daringly guy asked.

He smiled getting their trust.

"I'm visiting a friend," Elliot replied with his devilishly killer smile. And the sleeping Faux made them interested at Elliot.

The girls took a moment before getting out of his charms. While some boy cut that off. Eyes focused on Faux.

"Okay, sure, go on then" They were pretty carefree, unsuspecting of everything, even when you see a hell of a person with a panther on its shoulder.

But then again, they don't have any proper education so at all.

Elliot nodded grateful. He's surprised they didn't know him anymore. What about the two? Do they still recognize him?

His room, well, old room is in the upper floor. There was another room before you can go to where the stairs are. Opening the door discreetly, he observed the surroundings for a moment. And there, he see a very tall, tall as he is, very dark brown hair, falling just above his shoulders, washing dishes leisurely.

'It's Harrison...'

He remembered clearly. The frail weak boy, hit puberty too early. He was rather short before. But look at him now...

He was still wearing that same old face, good nose, pretty thick lips, and sharp eyebrows, with his pretty oval shaped eyes.

He didn't seems to notice Elliot. So Elliot just proceeded.

There's the stairs, completely in a state that almost looks too worn out. Dust and dried mud in it.

He carefully walk up, trying not to get close to the wall to not dirty himself.

He arrived seeing the room where he always stayed.

The sixth room from his left. Ahh.... memories...

Going there, he stopped first at the door. Seeing if there were sound in the room.

Closing his ears to the door, indeed, there was.

"Hey, don't use my books to make your pillow taller.... "

Complained a soft ruffy voice, it was very cold deep down. Almost shivering.

'Is it Justin? His voice totally changed...' Thought Elliot still peeking with his ears.

"Well, what about you don't use my clothes as your book wiper!?" Complained another...

It took a silence moment suddenly. Making Elliot wonder for a bit. Until the door opened in front of him, almost making Elliot fall down, luckily balancing himself. He was shocked. Embarrassed.

"Eha- Who are you!?" The girly yet tomboy voice called out to him. As he grunted in nervous laugh.

Elliot stared at them both, his white face, black hair and green eyes clearly seen by both.

"....."

"Faust!?"

Faux loudly growled. After falling away from my shoulders... A noise Elliot hasn't heard for a long time.
