After this was over, I stayed in my room for several days, wishing that I was dead. The wedding ceremony was only a few days away and I felt nauseous. I never knew why. Finally, after a while went by, they sent their maids to see if I was alive. They sent for me to join them for dinner. I accepted their request. I went down to dinner in an elegant dress.
"Would you kindly join us?" asked Horace.
I nodded but said nothing further. After a few bites in, I stopped.
"What's wrong?" asked Rune.
"Are you okay?" asked Kirnon.
I shook my head. I felt like throwing up. I grabbed my mouth and ran out of the dining room.
"Taratheil?!" said Horace.
I ran to the garden and threw up. I felt a pain in my stomach and screamed. The three brothers found me in the garden crouching and gripping my stomach.
"Send for the physician, NOW!" yelled Kirnon.
They picked me up and carried me to the physician who confirmed I was indeed pregnant.
"Now what?" asked Rune.
"It is official. We marry her now," said Horace.
"The wedding ceremony will be tomorrow," said Kirnon.
After I was confirmed pregnant, I felt as if it was a bond that ties me to this. I will be marrying them. I best be prepared. It was in time for the ceremony. However, it was a secret ceremony. There were three grooms. Horace, Rune, Kirnon were there.
I took their hands and I vowed to be their wife until death do us part.
Six months later:
I was six months pregnant and nurtured by all three of them. They gave me the rest I needed. However, one question was still out of mind: boy or girl?
"Doctor, how is the baby?" asked Horace
"It is fine. Congratulations, you are having twins! A boy and a girl!" said the Doctor.
"That is great," I said.
I sighed with relief. I felt happy.
I felt strange. I felt happy with all three of them by my side, protecting me.
"I am happy you guys are with me! It has been great and I am with a child now so.."
They stared at me with surprise.
"Of course," said all three of them.
All was going well until the men who tried to capture me before had found me and taken revenge.
"My Lord, the mansion is under attack. Take Taratheil out of here!" yelled the butler.
"Understood," said Horace.
Horace grabbed my hand and led me through the mansion to the garden. I protected my growing bump from harm. All three of them, including the guards, shielded me from the attack.
The men found an opening and took it.
