Chapter 3 - 1

The 5 year old young prince looked at the night sky. "Mother, is it true that one day the Dragon and the Phoneix will return?" he asked his mother.

His mother looked at him with a warm smile. "Yes one day the two will come back."

"But the Count Hathaway's son told me that 'The Dragon and The Phoneix' is just a stroy told to children." he said with a sad look on his face.

"The Dragon and the Phoneix is very real, the dragon had pink hair like the dawn sky and blue eyes just loke ocean. The Phoneix had hair as gold as the real gold and eyes greener than any green leaf." his mother replied looking at the star.

"How do you know it mother?" the little boy asked curiously.

His mother smiled at him and said, "Because I was there when the two lived."

13 years later. . .

A place far and distant from the world of Humans and evil, The castle created by The Excogitatoris.

The Prince of the Elves looked at the two preserved bodies of the saviour of the Universe, for thousands of years their bodies was hidden away, guarded by fairies, elves and Gods. Starting today for the next 20 days were the days The Excogitatoris created the Serpent, the Dragon and the Phoneix.

It was a festival for all the 3 realms. The first 15 days were the days, The Excogitatoris created The Dragon and The Serpent. The human realm celebrate the first 15 days but when the 5 end days arrived they did many rituals. Those 5 days were when The Excogitatoris created The Serpent. Those 5 days all the criminals were hung or burnt to death. They called those days the death days.

The Prince looked inside the glass coffins. The two woman beautiful as ever. He looked at them closely. They were. . .looking alive.

The Prince rubbed his eyes. They were looking as if warm blood ran through their veins. "This can't be." he mummered. Soon the whole room was filled with flowers of all kind. From an open window a bird comes in, slowly bunch of birds flew and soon a whole bunch. From the entrance all sorts of animals walked in. The Prince looked baffled at how did the animals found the enchanted castle.

"Could it be. . .?" he thought and looked at the two bodies inside the glass coffins. Their face colour was returning. Their cheeks had their glow back, their lips were red as blood.

"What is going on?" Louis Wynknight, the one human they ever trusted. "The maidens. . .they. . ." the Prince stuttered.

Louis ran to the coffin. He fell down in surprise when he saw that. "Go and call everyone." he said to the Prince.

Soon everyone was gathered around the maidens coffin. The 12 gods, the queen of fairies, the king if elves, the dwarf king.

"They are waking up." the sun god said. Everyone was talking among themselves.

Every animal present there bowed down. "Is it happening?" Louis asked them. The gods bowed down as well and soon everyone bowed down. A white light blinding everyone came from there.

Louis closed his eyes as the light would damage his eyes.

"Rise." he heard a sweet voice. He opened his eyes and saw two beautiful girls standing in front of him. They looked like the age of 16.

The first girl has long pink hair with eyes blue as ocean. Her hair touched the floor, she had fair skin and looked like a flower that just bloomed. The second girl had hair golden than real gold. Eyes as greener as fresh grass. Unlike the maiden earliee her beauty was icy. It was no lie that they were more beautiful than the goddess of beauty herslef.

"Where are we?" The first maiden or Dragon asked. "Inside the castle The Excogitatoris created for your presence." the god of thunder replied.

The Phoenix looked at everyone. "We. . . are mortals now. I can sense we have our powers but we are not immortal like how the Excogitatoris made us." she said looking around. Everyone was silent.

"Finally!" Dragon said happily clapping her hand. "You know how much we long to be mortals. Like die peacefully, live like there is no tomorrow, fall in love, have humanly feeling, that the Excogitatoris told we woukd have only if we were mortal."

"What are you doing here all alone?" she asked him.

He looked up at the sky. "You know love?" he asked her.

"Love?" she asked him.

"Yes, a feeling." he said.

"No, I don't know that feeling."

"Once you turn into a true mortal."
