Maxim still had his head on the pillow as he observed her closely.
She cleared her throat and repeated herself, ''It's okay, trust me. I respect your past and I understand it if you don't want to talk about it. Since you did not want to talk about it, I won't ask you to. I… respect your wishes. If you don't want to do something, then I won't force you to do it.''
The more understanding she was, the more it bothered him, ''I am sorry,'' he pushed himself up on the bed and leaned back on the headboard.
Maxim reached out to grab her hand as he glanced at her, ''There is nothing that I can't tell you. There is nothing that you cannot expect from me.''
