Unable to take it any longer, Diana turned to look at the woman, ''What? You want to splash wine again?"
A hint of awkwardness flashed in Veronica's eyes as her face turned slightly red, ''Who do you think you are?" she scoffed exaggeratingly, trying to sound arrogant.
Diana arched a brow. She had the urge to laugh.
But before she could say anything, the elevator doors opened and Veronica left hastily as if she would suffocate if she spent another moment in her presence.
Diana chuckled but the smile on her face was quickly wiped when she looked at her phone.
As she was walking with her attention on the phone, she did not even realize that she was about to bump into someone until a familiar voice exclaimed, ''Girl, do you want to kill me?!"
Diana was stunned. She glanced at the owner of the voice.
It was the patient she had met twice, ''Sir, are you alright?" Diana quickly bowed.
