"Aniki…! Aniki…!!!" Robert called my name and ran to the smoke after the explosion.
"[Clear Fog]" I cleared the smoke with my spell.
Robert who stood on my left side froze on the place and stared me with disbelieve look. The Kings and Queens on the back also staring me with same expression like Robert have at me. I look around and found the few adventurers, knights and my friends coughed and stood up. They also gave me a same expression when they staring me.
"HARU-SAN!" Ayumi looked at me with panicked expression.
"ANIKI…!!!" Robert approached me and grabbed my left shoulder.
But when I look at my right side, I found no my right arm. I only found huge amount of white blood that dripping out from my upper arm. Strangely, I feel no pain from it. I look around and I found my right lower arm grabbing a huge black greatsword with black mud covered on it.
I shrugged Robert's hands from my shoulder and walked to the sword that embedded on the ground. When I walk to the sword, I can feel the people behind me are staring at me with fear, confusion or disbelief.
"Nah…I'm lucky the sun is still shining right now…"
I took my lower right arm from the black greatsword and connected it to my upper right arm. I chanted [Natural Heal], [Holy Disinfection] while activating my [RA] [Racial Ability] and my severed right arm connected again with my body. But the extreme pain sensation shortly came after that until I lost my balance and fell onto ground. But thanks to the sunlight who worked greatly with my [RA] [Racial Ability] to reduce the pain sensation, the pain only occurred in short time.
Once I stood up, I laughed hardly and loudly. I bet now the people behind me now are even more terrified hearing my laughter but I can't help but laugh hard while covering my right eye with my right hand. Then I sighed heavily and I grab the sword with my right hand.
"Haaah…now I understand what "they" actually want…fufufu…"
I turn back my body and drag that heavy black greatsword with my weak right hand. Once I arrived on the middle of destroyed stage, I say
"LOOK! THIS IS THEIR ANSWER FOR US! THEY ARE SICK OF WAITING FOR US! DO NOT BE AFRAID AND FALTER BY THIS SHITTY TERROR! THEY WERE JUST MOCKING US! WHY??? BECAUSE THEY ONLY SENT THIS PUNY STUPID GREATSWORD TO KILL ME! THAT WON'T BE ENOUGH TO KILL ME DID YOU HEAR FROM THERE BASTARD?!"
After I said that, Khazim and his Dwarf friends laughed sarcastically. They opened their liquor and chugged it quickly. They swept their mouth with their hand and said, "TRUE! EVEN A DEMONIC DRAGON CAN'T KILL YOU!"
"…OR THAT SKULL FACE! HAHAHAHAHAHA…!!!" Igrei replied Khazim's words.
"REALLY, THAT THIRD-RATE WEAPON ONLY CREATED FROM SMACKING IRON WITH UNORTHODOX METHOD, TO THINK THEY CAN KILL OUR LEADER WITH THAT STUPID WEAPON?! HAHAHAHA!!! THEY ARE FREAKING STUPID! LOOK AT THAT HEALED ARM!"
Dan pointed at my hand, chugged his liquor and laughed together with other Dwarves. Thanks to their actions and jokes, the people can feel at ease and laugh with them. Zack, Kenzia and Naval also assisted them by saying amazing things about me and mocking "them".
After short amount of time, we can restore the army's morale to normal again. We even succeed raised their morale into the highest state after that rallying speech and after they witnessed my action. The Knights and Adventurers are shaking their hands to each other while nodding in agreement. The girls created a kinky promise with their friends or lovers. I simply smiled while looking at them.
"HEY GUYS, WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THIS STUPID SWORD?"
"RETURN IT!"
"I CAN'T HEAR YOUUUU…!!!" I put my left hand to back of my left ear.
"RETURN IT TO THE OWNER!!!"
"[Leivel Binkelos Incles, Levosar 500]" (Limit Break Released, Level 500).
I released my limit break inside my heart, grabbed the sword, lifted it highly, pointed it to upper part of mountain where it came and threw it with all my strength. The air impact was enough to blow everyone away around me.
I only focused on the sword flew through the sky and exploded on the place near the top of mountain. When I looked at my left side, I found many people were laying on the ground.
…Well, I'm sorry to blow all of you away. I can't hold back my power before and I can only hope you don't get hurt from that impact.
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! WE HAD SENT OUR ANSWER TO THEM, NOW TO BATTLE!"
"YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"
After General Austin took over and dismissed the formation, he rushed to me. He asked about my right arm who released a burning meat smell and white smoke. I looked at my right arm and looks like he was right. I was grinning because I felt an intense pain but thanks to Miral who quickly healed my arm, the pain can fade away faster than I expected.
Once she is done, I reassured General Austin that I'm okay and bowed my head to The Kings and Queens before I leave. I'm running back to our tent with my party members shortly after that.
"That boy sure is something…who could avoid a single death strike from "their" main leader by just moving an incheria without breaking a sweat?" said Queen Tilvandril while smiling gently.
"So, you saw that too, Queen Tilvandril?" King Ronand stared at Queen Tilvandril with curious expression.
"I really want that Haru-boy and Dark Elf in my kingdom." said Queen Cynthia with flat tone.
"Stop it Cynthia-chan, you can't take someone under Anne-chan's protection and jurisdiction you know?"
"Whatever, let's go to battle already, we don't have much times left!" said King Hideryl while leaving the stage.
"Yes, yes…little Hideryl, you sure are battle maniac one." King Hideryl suddenly smacked King Fidel's head after hearing that.
We left the main field and rushed to our tent as quickly as possible. Along the way, I heard the main force of the enemy has engaged a battle with main army and Queen Anne had departed with her exclusive squads into the battlefield. I can't think anything except amazed by Queen Anne's action who was really fast even though we just met barely few minerval ago.
Once we entered our tent, I quickly commanded The Enchanters to lead the operation for each team. Of course, I chose Vetto and Mikazuchi as The Enchanters' Leaders during this mission and asked them not to fight or argue because it would be dangerous for us.
"Vetto, Mikazuchi and everyone here, I…no, we entrust our lives to all of you here as The Leading Commanders. Do not fight or argue to each other. Otherwise, we would be killed. Rania-san, I rely on your network and underlings. Please don't take a lightly this battle."
"I know, I know. You don't need to tell me twice Haru-chan. Leave this to your beloved Onee-san here!"
(But why I don't believe her words?) Luna whispered to Yuna.
"Hey I can hear you Madwoman!"
"Stop it Luna, a disbelieve will leads you to your death you know?"
I replied at Luna with cold tone and stared at her with an angry gaze. She shuddered and scratched her cheek while glancing away.
"Yes, yes I know that, Kaichou. I'm sorry…" Luna puts both of her hands behind her neck.
"Vetto, Mikazuchi, if you can't do something or feel helpless, don't panic. You can ask other parties or The United Forces for help and they will help you without hesitation. Don't forget to give a call to Claire-san if something serious happened to me or one of our party members. She is stationed on the river far west from here. Just linked our network with her and she can teleport here anytime." Vetto replied with a strong nod.
"Leader, please be safe, you too Robert. Jordan, Julio, please protect everyone."
I left the tent with Robert, Julio, Erick, Jordan, Ayumi, Luna, and Erica. We released our horses from our inventory and we ride them to the main gate. On the main gate, we reported our departure to the stationed guards and we leave the main gate.
We are riding until we reached an edge of cliff where we can see the battle far north from here. It seems, Queen Anne had finished her fight and now she burned "them" with [Holy Fire]. I saw King Hideryl who whacked "them" with his burning greatsword with my [Eagle Eyes] Ability.
(How fast…Now, she only needs to send "Clean Up" Cavalries)
When I lost in thought, Robert tapped my shoulder and excused himself. He parted away with us to go back to our basecamp and go to west, to a massive crack where near the dungeon we raided couple daesh ago. Once Robert teleported back, I continued my ride with the others.
Julio rides in front of me to protect me and Jordan rides behind Luna to protect us from ambush. Luna rides behind me and guarded by Erica and Ayumi. Meanwhile, Erick rides a bit far from us to scout the surroundings.
On the way, Erick found no hostile creatures and he assumed, the dangerous creatures maybe have fled to south or west before the rain occurs. But I can't let my guard down even though there is no monster around us.
Somehow, I feel this is a bit strange…I know that we are still riding in the fortress' perimeter and maybe The United Forces had taken care of the monsters around here, but it's too quiet. I even can't see or hear a small bird's voice that usually lives around here.
"Hmm…It was just my imagination or was this forest too quiet from the beginning?"
"Yes I think so, Erick retreats to here from the edge of forest at once."
Erick retreated from the edge of forest and he rides near me now. I activated my skill [Divine Call] and contacted the Main HQ of The United Forces. Thankfully, the signal isn't jammed and I can report my condition to them. They told me The United Forces had almost cleaned the entire forest if The Red Rain didn't occur yesterday.
The Information Centre Officers informed me they haven't found any strange activities around the area until now, so, we can gallop at ease. I thanked them and closed the call. I also shared this information to my party command centre and my party members who riding with me now.
"Let's fasten the pace. Julio, go!"
Julio fastens his horse and we followed after him. We need a heverra and forty minerval to past the forest and go downhill. We can galloping this quickly because The United Forces had widened the road that allows the riders to gallop safely around the edge of hill.
We kept galloping until we reached the entrance gate that monitoring the surrounding area, maintaining the magical barrier, maintaining the wall and checking the entry records for the logistics and forces.
"You may pass, Ishizaki Haruhisa von Alexandria-dono. Please be safe and return alive."
I thanked the guards and we left the entrance gate to the battlefield. We need to go downhill for 20 minerval and then turn right to the vast grassland near a dry small lake. We need to ride again to north after passing the lake and we finally reached the main encampment.
On there, we dismounted from our horses and walked slowly to the front. Once I'm there, I closed my eyes for a while. Ayumi, Erica, Jordan, Erick, Julio and Luna stand still behind me and they are solemnly contemplating the sight in front of us.
Erick grabs my left shoulder, "It's fine Leader…open your eyes…"
I clenched both of my hands, "It's "them"…The Abyssalwalkers…Finally, we are here…to die."
