--[At the entrance of 17th floor]--
"Look he is moving"
Members of the Hephaestus familia pointed out.
But they were incorrect.
He wasn't moving but rather crawling his way forward.
With his slow steps he started going towards Goliath.
*Crack*
A cracking sound came out of his body every time he took a step forward.
Seeing such a horrible scene some of the members with a weak heart turned their heads away.
"Is he crazy or something"
Bete said as he looked at the horror full scene.
Even Finn had an odd expression on his face while Riveria was already preparing a healing spell.
You can't blame them.
After all most people would have already passed out if they received that type of injury as for those who didn't would be rolling around on the floor by now crying till tears no longer came out of their eyes.
But they were left speechless as they saw the manic in front of them continuosly pushing his already broken body to an unbelievable extent.
What drives him so far as to forsake his own life like that?.
What makes him keep going forward, not taking a single step back.
Is it love?
Is it anger?
Revenge perhaps?
Or maybe it's something different all together.
They didn't knew the reason but a form of respect formed in their hearts as they looked at the boy.
Could they do what he is doing?
Definitely not
They weren't foolish as to think that they would be able to endure such a pain which was far worse than death.
All sorts of different thoughts were going through their minds as they looked at the figure of William getting faster.
Wait..
Faster?
Finn was the first to notice the small but subtle change.
Finn saw how William's crawling turned into a slow walking.
*Kacha*
An even louder sound started coming out of Williams body.
Riveria forgot to chant her next words as her spell broke down half way.
Lefiya's mouth was outright hung open as is doubting her own life.
The scene in front of them was just that incredible.
By the time they noticed, Blood has already stopped flowing out of William's head.
They saw how William's faltering steps became firm again.
*Kacha*
His indented chest was suddenly restored to its previous state.
Slowly but surely his right leg was moving back to its original position.
And as it did, William's speed increased once again as his slow walking turned to a jogging.
*Kacha*
Suddenly his left arm which was lying limp previously moved.
William's jog turned into a sprint as he started running faster and faster.
*Srech*
William pulled his sword out of ground as he ran.
(note- His sword fell out of his hand when Goliath threw him, I don't remembered if I wrote that scene and I don't have any intention of going to previous chapter and checking it soooo just imagine it.)
"What the F*CK is he"
Bete asked in a Shocked voice.
After all the sight in front of him was just too unbelievable.
Even he a beast person won't have such an incredible healing ability.
"Riveria"
Instead of answering Bete's question, Finn calls out to Reveia instead.
"He didn't used any magic"
"!!"
"It's a pure physical power"
Expressions of utter disbelief was pasted over everyone's faces.
"H-hey look he is starting again"
All of them turned their attention back to William as he reached Goliath.
*AAHHAAAA*
With his signature howl Goliath raised his leg and fiercely swing it across the floor trying to once again throw back the tiny ant running towards him.
Just as Goliath's feet was about to come in contact with William.
*Jump*
*Swish*Swish*Swish*
William jumped into the air as he pulled another sword out of his back and fiercely struck at Goliath's feet.
Many small lines of red formed on Goliath's ancle.
Unfortunately they were still not strong enough.
Goliath's hide is too thick to be penetrated by William's cheap iron swords.
*Swish*Swish*
Still William continued to cut.
'Hmm?'
It was now that Bete noticed something which he has been ignoring before.
*Swish*Swish*
Though William's attacks were still too weak.
*Swish*Swish*
But his strikes.
*Swish*Swish*
Why do they look so beautiful?
*Swish*Swish*
It's like he's dancing.
Everyone else was also having the same thoughts as they looked at the scene.
Just as they were making their own guesses a calm voice which has been silent since the start came from behind them.
"Swordsman"
All of them looked back and saw Ais Wallenstein coming to the front and standing beside Finn as she looked at the scene and said.
"He is atleast a 'C' grade in swordman"
Once again faces of astonishment covered everyone's faces as they heard Ais.
At least a C in swordman.
You should know that even Ais who has been using sword since the start had only managed to reach a 'H' in swordsman.
(note- I don't remember exactly what grade it was but I'm more than sure that it was near the lowest limit, I wasn't able to find it on internet so do tell me if you know her exact grade).
But now someone with an above C grade in swordsman appeared?
Maybe only Ottar will have such a crazy skill level...
A chill ran down their spines as they remembered the only lvl7 of orario.
*AAAARRRGGHHH*
William once again sliced at Goliath's feets.
But How many of such small wounds will he need to inflict any major damage and there's also Goliath's regeneration to take account off.
*Crack*
As expected William's iron sword was no longer able to endure as it broke down.
Perhaps coming to the same conclusion, William distanced himself from Goliath, Maybe it was just their imagination but they were able to sense a feeling of unwillingness from William's actions.
Tione and many other Looked at the scene with a sad expression.
They knew that it was no longer possible for him to defeat Goliath anymore.
It was then that one of them moved.
*Ssshh*
Many of them had a weird expression on their face as they looked at Ais Wallenstein taking out her sword.
Is she going to go down and help him?
"Ais--"
Just as Finn was about to ask the reason for her action.
"Catch"
*Voom*
Ais Wallenstein under everyone's shocked expression threw her own weapon 'Desperate' while shouting at William.
As he heard her voice, William turned his head and saw a flying rapier(Desperate) coming towards him.
Without a moment of hesitation William let go of his broken sword and jumps from the ground to catch the flying 'Desperate'.
William extend his right hand as a unfamiliar but sturdy feeling comes from the grip of the rapier.
It was like the sword itself was telling him that it would never break.
