The water in the pot was already bubbling. Su Wan washed her hands and slowly put the two fishes into the pot. Then, she added some seasoning to the pot.
Soon, the pot emitted a faint fragrance. It was so tempting that it made people drool.
Su Wan smiled and was about to clean up the other shellfish.
All of a sudden, she heard a heavy 'clang' coming from Jiang Xuecheng, and it gave Su Wan a fright.
"Xuecheng, what's wrong?"
Su Wan turned her head and saw that the knife in Jiang Xuecheng's hand had fallen to the ground. The originally majestic-looking lobster had its head and tail cut off, and it didn't look as lively as before.
When Jiang Xuecheng saw Su Wan looking in his direction, he subconsciously withdrew his hand to the back, and the smile on his face was as light as the clouds and the wind.
