"You… What are you planning to do?" Subconsciously, her voice had started to tremble.
With his cigar at the corners of his lips, he looked to be a ruffian, but at the same time, he looked classy. "Don't panic. What's your name?"
Yan Yiren was so nervous that her palms were getting sweaty. After all, a woman would always be in a position of weakness when faced with a group of men.
The situation she was in was not in her favor in the slightest.
Especially because she could faintly make out the wild fighting spirit of this man…
"You're the one who kidnapped me! Were you the person who took me to that haunted house as well?" It was all too evil!
How infuriating!
Chu Huaijin's hand was still holding her jaw. His grip suddenly grew tighter as he narrowed his eyes. "The so-called Yiren - do you mean Yiren from the other side of the river?"
"So what if it is!"
"Hehe." Chu Huaijin let go of her, and Yan Yiren sighed with relief under her breath. However, his actions in the very next second made her scream in horror.
A pair of big hands cupped her breasts…
Chu Huaijin let out a laugh. "They're the real deal!"
Rage boiled within Yan Yiren. She felt so humiliated that she wanted to kill someone. "You scum! I'm going to kill you!"
"Kill me?"
Yan Yiren caught sight of the glass ashtray sitting on the desk and without a second thought grabbed it, about to bash it onto his head.
Before she could, someone grabbed her wrist, and the ashtray was suspended in the air.
His grasp tightened, the pain making Yan Yiren break out in a cold sweat.
Chu Huaijin slowly took the ashtray out of her hands and placed it back onto the desk. His gaze turned cold. "You've overestimated yourself."
Kacha!
Her shoulder was dislocated once again!
"Ah…"
Yan Yiren's legs turned weak, and her knees hit the ground. With one hand supporting the other which had dropped down weakly, she trembled in pain.
Chu Huaijin crouched in front of her, wickedly admiring her pained expression. "Have you learned your lesson?"
Yan Yiren raised her head, staring stubbornly at him with her red-rimmed eyes.
"It seems like the punishment isn't harsh enough. You don't seem to have learned your lesson."
Chu Huaijin chuckled and took the cigar from his mouth. "Where should we carry out the punishment next? How about on that nice pretty face of yours?"
Yan Yiren remained silent.
"Not a word?" The cigar inched closer to her face.
Yan Yiren's heart thumped wildly, her scalp turning numb.
Chu Huaijin smiled wickedly. "Let's start then."
Yan Yiren shut her eyes tightly. "Don't!" she shouted.
"Tsk." Chu Huaijin's brows furrowed. "Have we established that you haven't learned your lesson yet?"
"No!"
"Then what's the situation now? You tell me." Chu Huaijin casually played with strands of her hair, wrapping them around his fingers.
Yan Yiren shut her eyes tightly. "I've learned my lesson, I've learned my lesson..."
"Very good." Chu Huaijin pulled on the hair he had gathered in his hands until her face was right in front of him. "And?"
"I'm your servant," Yan Yiren answered. In her heart, she didn't mean a word of what she said.
"Mn, you're smart."
Chu Huaijin finally let her off the hook. Yan Yiren watched as he stood up and prepared to take his leave. Hurriedly grabbing onto his trouser cuff, she exclaimed, "Don't go…"
Chu Huaijin turned back, narrowing his eyes. "Mn?"
Yan Yiren let go and sorrowfully said, "Aren't you going to push my dislocated shoulder back into place?"
"I have no plans to do so." He strode off.
After some awkward maneuvering, Yan Yiren managed to stand up and started to chase after him. "Hey, what do you mean? What do you mean by saying you have no plans to do so?! If you don't push my dislocated shoulder back into place, how is this any different from my arm getting disabled!"
