He forgot his questions he wanted to ask her, his struggle to find her...he forgot everything. He just wanted her stay beside him. That's it. But today when he heard Seo Jun he wanted an answer too. But for the question of how was she...how did she live her life...these were the questions he had.
Natasha had kept herself hidden from the world. She had many enemies. She obviously knew that Ruo Bei was searching for her but she didn't want him to find her. She didn't want him to see the new Natasha so she erased all her traces that could help him find her.
"Noo..na I'm.. I'm sorry....I didn't know what you went through and kept blaming you." He held his head in his hands and kept blaming himself. Looking at the heavy mood Joon tried to smooth it a little. He pulled her from his arms and made her face him. Then he held her face in his hands and wiped her tears with his thumb.
"Ahh Xixi... look what you have done....you wet my whole shirt....if you really wanted to wash my shirt you could have just done it with water there was no need to wash it with your salty tears....look at your face it looks like a tomato....don't you care for your makeup its spread over your face."
She push him aside "I don't use makeup." Then she went away from him and leaned on Ruo Bei and closed her eyes. Ruo Bei held her with his arms to not let her fall. Because of crying and exhaustion she slept.
He looked at her. Her face really looked like a tomato...her eyes were puffed... she looked pitiful but at the same time so beautiful... her face glowed. He sighed heavily, picked her up and took her to his room. Before leaving he told them to leave and come tomorrow for breakfast.
After arriving to his room, he placed her on his bed and sat beside her. He moved the hair on her face and kept looking at her. She looked pitiful yet mesmerising. He couldn't take his eyes from her.
He kept caressing her hair and looking at her with a gentle but sad eyes.
"I'm sorry I couldn't find you before...if I had you wouldn't have to go through all this.... but don't worry....I'll never let you go now... I'll never let anything happen to you."
She opened her eyes and looked at him. He froze. She moved and placed her head on his lap and hugged his waist tight. She was still half asleep. He smiled looking at her behaviour...she was really a child.
He stiffened when heard her mumble. He felt his world collapse.
"Ruo...can I tell you a truth?" without waiting for his answer she continued
"Do you know I was never going to come here...if not for work...I wouldn't have come here at all."
"Why?" he asked but got silence in return. She was fast asleep.
After a long while he tried to remove her hands from his waist and make her sleep comfortably but she didn't fidge. He sighed and just moved back and layed on his back. He looked at the ceiling and kept thinking of her words. He caressed her hair to make her comfortable and let her have a good sleep. He had not slept well for these few days and was exhausted. No sooner he slept too.
It was already 7 when they woke up. Actually they wouldn't have if not for the door bell. When he woke up he found her on top of him. She was getting up too. Her head was up in the sky but her eyes were still closed. Her morning look was beautiful. When she opened her eyes she saw a handsome face in front of her. She smiled. She would have woken up with that cold glint again but his earthly scent made her calm.
"Good morning handsome" and again placed her head on his chest and closed her eyes. He kept looking at her.
'What happened....Did she wake up or not?' while he was thinking she again looked up and frowned.
"Why are you still here?" she asked...he was confused by her actions so he called her out.
"Jaan" his voice was husky like a mellow. She went in daze. "I need to open the door"
"Hmm" she answered but didn't move. He had no other choice but to flip their positions. Now he was on top of her. For a while they both kept looking into each other's eyes. One can see sparks flowing in the air. The bell rung again. He came to his senses, got up and went down to open the door.
It was his friend Kang Do Yoon. Well more like a business partner. He was standing outside with an annoyed face. Ruo Bei opened the door.
"What took you so long to open the door.....by the look of it you were still sleeping right....but you never sleep for this long" saying he directly went inside and sat on the sofa. "Is it because you were hiding a women?"
"What are you doing here?" Ruo Bei closed the door and turned to look at the man sitting leisurely on the sofa and eating fruits.
"Why you don't want me here?"
"Hmm"
"Ahh what a heartless person..you really know how to break people's heart..how are you gonna find yourself a girl like this." he said clutching his heart.
"No need"
"How can you say that...you really need a girl that can help you a bit you know....well I know all of them are scared shit by you and some who are daring are after your money and status are thrown away...argh how hard is it to find a perfect woman for you." he slumped on the sofa again.
