Coming through the classroom doors it was Haru. I couldn't believe it was him after all these years he finally came back. I couldn't believe it.
"Please show him around Ms. Madoka." The teacher said.
'Of course." I nodded and left with him following me.
I showed him the classrooms, cafeteria, courtyard, lockers, gyms, and the practice field. It was quiet during the whole showing around the school tour, but that's ok I guess. We were walking past the trees on our way back in the building and he finally said something.
"Long time huh Hana?" He said.
"Yeah, how have you been doing?" I asked.
"It's been good how have you been?" He asked.
"Its been good too." I said.
"You look good." He said.
"Thank you, you look good too." I said.
"Thank you. I never thought I would see you again." He said.
"Yeah me too, it's been like 10 years since we last saw each other." I said and heard him stop walking. I turned around and saw him standing there almost looking as sad as a kid whose cat just died.
"Haru are you ok?" I asked walking towards him.
"Yeah! I just really missed my beat friend." He smiled.
"I missed my best friend too." I smiled back at him.
Before I knew it he rushed over and gave me a hug. It was warm and I felt safe. I hugged him back and I could feel the wind blowing at us, but he didn't let go and I was glad that he didn't let go. I wanted this moment to last while it still can.
