The door opened.
Odette lifted her head to look at the boys who entered in. Her sword was plunged into the chest of a man. Around her were a number of bodies of assassin lying, showing their unsuccessful attempt. All of them were now dead.
Odette commented, "Very late."
Adrian hurried over to Odette and checked her from top to bottom with his eyes before voicing out in concern: "I am sorry, but are you alright, Lady Odette? Your hand was injured, and there were too many today."
Odette scoffed.
"Do you think these weaklings would be able to harm me?" Odette arrogantly questioned before ordering, "have this cleaned up."
Adrian and Dennis nodded.
"Shouldn't you do something about this, Lady Odette? They simply keep on coming every other night. You should try to catch the one sending them," Adrian brought up, "or else how would you get a good night's sleep?"
Odette smiled.
