The rest of the day Lance did his best playing with Bulba Fett and keeping his egg close. The great thing was through the soul link he felt Fett's emotional bond with improving. but when he watched the egg he couldn't even even tell if there was progress. Later in the day he heard a knock on the door and all he could do was sigh and wondered if he made the right decision.
It was already made so he won't change it but it didn't mean he should trust her, so he couldn't let her see his Pokemon so he called back Bulba Fett with the soul link and with the egg he just stacked the bags in the corner of the room and placed the egg behind to hide it. After everything was done he went and promptly opened the door and asked "What do you want".
Desiree just looked at him like she expected it and asked, "Are you going to stay in hear for the the rest of the day". Without receiving an answer she already knew what he was about to say so she continued, "Well did you at least eat I found some ingredients in the cafeteria and I made something." and just like she expected she got a short answer "sure bring it in. What shocked her was Lance sat and offered her seat to eat with him and she quickly took him up on his offer.
While they were eating Lance gave a careful look at Desiree again and asked "I'm guessing you now moved into Malabar". Desiree nodded then said "I lived Port Of Spain with my Parents." Lance gave her a deep look then went back to eat. Desiree said to him "I recently turned twenty one and work in a shoe store in the Mall sigh well it should be worked now,. Well what about you?". Lance looked at her expectant look on her face and sighed "I lived here since eighteen and now twenty five and I work in 'Law Enforcement' anything else you want to know". After he finished speaking Desiree took her last bite of the food then sighed "Ok that's all I had to say, thank you for the conversation I'll put the these dishes back in the cafeteria and go back to my room".
After Desiree left Lance took back out Bulba Fett and brought the egg next to him. His plan was to build friendship as much as possible before he goes to sleep. Lance started to think of his journey, he left his house because he wanted to go by his family's home which was on Aripo Mountain. Although Aripo was north east of Arima he needed to go the opposite direction first to see if there were still horses available in the horse farm or race track.
When he started to get sleepy he propped himself him on the chair with Bulba Fett in his arms and went to sleep. While Lance was sleeping changes was happening all over the world, portals started to open and it lit up the sky. It stayed open for half of the night and while it was opened a strange opaque blue gas found it's way into the planet. When it mixed with the air on the planet which was charged electrically it turned transparent. When it turned transparent it dispersed everywhere and on everything it touched was changed right down to the molecular level. When the changes finished happening the portals in the air closed.
