Astrid kept noticing the red folders in the WOW trainee room and today, she summoned the courage to ask Jovan about it.
`May I ask why those folders are in red?',
`Oh, those are people who have issues with domestic violence, hit and run cases, drug and substance abuse, alcoholic cases, murder and even accidental death. The dark images of perfect Anubia are in those folders', he pointed his thumb at it.
`If you don't mind me asking, why are they in red? I mean I know by now that green is solved cases, brown means actions being taken and yellow means complaints. So red? Why red?', Astrid asked curiously.
Jovan released a long breath, before answering to her `It means unsolved high-risk cases. Either the victims do not want a way out despite our offer of help, or they are afraid of their partners or family or friends turning their back for at the victims for exposing their abuses',
