Description: User gets chained by 5 chains and his/her power will be reduced to 10% of his/her current power. These chains cannot be seen or detected in any way. Each chain contains 50% of the user's current power. Loosening a chain grants the user 10% of his/her current power, to a total of 50% of his/her current power. Breaking a chain grants the user 40% of his/her current power, to a total of 200% of his/her current power. User must loosen all 5 chains before being able to break any chains. Each chain requires 2 year to loosen and 10 years to break. User can use experience points to reduce the time required to loosen and break the chains. 1 experience point is equivalent to (100 ÷ (1 x current level) = ) 2 seconds. Current power refers to the permanent base attribute points the user has at the time the skill takes effect. Current level refers to the level the user is at at the time the skill takes effect. After the user breaks all the chains, the user will automatically have all the requirements to become a Supreme Being completed, the user will forcefully get ranked up to a Supreme Being, and this skill will become {Heaven's Seals}. User can also activate this effect earlier.
