Jianjuling was not impressive at first glance. It wasn't even close to any big cities or prominent landmarks. In fact, it was as though the outpost had just been tossed out into the middle of the wilderness because there wasn't anything else around for such expanse that they felt it necessary to put Jianjuling where it now stood.
Though the outpost was unimpressive, it was, unlike many others, rather self-sustaining for the most part and did not require those stationed there to travel extensively for supplies. But it also did not bear a large capacity, at least that's what Chen Anyue had told them before their arrival.
But she was rather shocked when multiple towers could be glimmered from between rocky cliffs and tall trees. "It was not like this before," she hissed as they surveyed the area.
What had been a quiet, unimpressive outpost had at least tripled in size, now sporting the facilities to shelter a lot more people.
