The sun had come to set, leaving the sky with its orangy rays. It was beautiful and mellow to the eyes. It was so stunning that makes one couldn't help but to stare at it.
Everyone was having a great view, sitting in their most comfortable style. Most of them were here to admire the scenery. Some were lying on the trimmed grasses, some were lying on their lovers lap, and others were even holding hands and some were hugging; showing the public their intimate affection.
Yet on the midst of these crowd, there was a young man, wearing a hoodie. Just like most of the crowd, he's also looking up to the sky but instead of a smile or a hint of admiration, sadness, anger and confusion were written on his face. His tears were gushing out of his already swollen eyes. He sniffed and sobbed quite too loud and others seemed to be irritated about it.
"Hey man, can you stop it?! People are having a moment here you know." A young man said angrily. He almost had his way to kissing the girl and they mutually felt like doing it but the momentum was interrupted by the hoodie guy's ugly sobs.
"S-sorry. I-I'll go now." Finn, the guy wearing a hoodie said and he got up before a fight might start. The man looked so pissed, giving the hint that it was so possible to happen. Finn had to leave quickly, if not, he'll surely be dead.
Walking away, Finn's eyes were so wet with tears and he rubbed it by hands to wipe it all away. Just when he made a few steps away, he hit something hard. That made him stop.
"Ouch!" A groan was heard. It was high pitch and a girlish voice, and obviously, it came from a girl.
He quickly removed his hands away from his face. He was so surprised as if electrocuted and immediately looked at the front only to meet the scary glare of the guy beside the girl.
"You idiot! Watch where you walking! I'll beat you to death if it has a scratch! Babe are you okay?" The man accommodated his girlfriend then eyed him again, with irritation as if he was already dead in the man's eyes.
Before Finn could utter words of apology, on his peripheral vision, he saw something was flying and it was heading to his direction.
"Watch your face nerdy!" It was the guy earlier. Looks like it was never over for him, that guy easily hold some grudges.
A half -full water tumbler was coming near to his face so he moved his face to a side and successfully evaded it.
'What a relief. I think I became a little lucky today. Maybe at last, the heavens took pity on me. Yet it might not really be true.'
"OUCH!" That word was heard again. This time it was louder. That word meant trouble earlier and it seemed to mean the same this time.
"Who the f**k did that!"
'Looks like people here have gotten too hot headed. I have to make my way out of here.'
After seeing the water container near the pair of another lovers, he knew that something bad might gonna happen if he didn't leave immediately.
About more details, that did not seem important anymore as what he actually needed to do right now was to escape but it was less possibly going to happen as every direction was blocked.
The first guy he unintentionally offended, first started a fuss, and he was the one who threw the tumbler that hit the third guy and resulted to this whole hot mess. Well technically, his sentimentality and clumsiness really started it all.
"This idiot ruined our time here. How about helping me to get rid of him."
"Glad to help. Even if it did not made a scratch to my girl, but I'll still beat the hell out of this nerd for ruining our precious moment." The second guy said while bumping his fists.
The third guy nodded while making his hands into fists.
Then it was followed by the series of painful shouts and cries but even a little cheering was heard on the sides.

Finn was beaten black and blue. He was left lying on the cold flooring, without any strength left to help himself stand.
Cuts and bruises was painted on his face freshly. Blood was dripping on the open wounds non-stop. One of his eyes had a dark circle on it while the other had none. Above it, the eyebrows was changed in color and was dyed to red.
Although his lips was numb due to the punches received and he coughed blood sometimes, but he still dared to laughed. He laughed as he found it all funny.
"Why do I have to be surprised? I must make myself totally get used to this. As if it never often happens. I will only be surprised if these kind of unlucky situations did not happen. If... If it was not today then it'll likely happen tomorrow. It already became inevitable."
He chuckled. His lips was lifted to a corner but it didn't mean he was happy, it was because of helplessness. He couldn't do anything to counter this 'bad luck' or whatever 'curse' he have, so he could only accept it. Even though he did not asked for it, it was always making its initiative to come at him at an unstoppable level.
He tried to go to every spiritually aligned persons, to a priest, and a lot more for help but it was all for nothing. There was no healing, there was no cure. There was only pure bullsh*t.
"Just great, I just got rejected and then I am beaten too, worst than a double-dead-pig."
Since young, he already experienced many kinds of unlucky situations. Like when he was 12 years old.
There was a day when he came to the park near their village. He wanted to take a breather from so much stress as he was scolded by his foster parents and was bullied by his wicked sister that very day. It was supposedly a park, a safe and peaceful place to stay but all of a sudden, an angry and growling Siberian husky made its way straight to him; running in a fast pace.
He was shocked. His pair of eyes widened and his jaw almost dropped.
Due to his instinct, he quickly moved his legs and ran to the nearest tree to climb and be safe from the dog's dangerous intention.
When he was already on the top of the tree, he took a deep breath. He felt like his lungs functioned again and start absorbing oxygen. He felt like his heart was not going to come out of his chest anymore.
And he felt even better when he saw the husky unable to climb up. It was only scratching as if making marks on the tree.
But unbeknownst to him, it still did not end. On the top of the tree, while feeling secured and safe, he felt a sticky thing on his head.
Finn shook his head and laughed forcedly, feeling like it was normal.
"Oh, haha, a bird made a poop on my head again. How unfortunate." He did not think that it was big deal as it often happens to him.
He stretch out his hand to wipe it out but before he could, he felt a sticky thing was fallen on his head again.
"Oh? It was two this time? Great, I can't be more unlucky today if it get to three."
Before his another attempt of wiping was done, another 'thing' was hit on his head again. This time it feels a little hard and a little painful. As if it was fallen far too high to have that impact.
"Aww. That's too much for now. Stop it!" He became a little irritated. It never happened that a bird poop hit him three times.
And yet there was another and another again making him curious of how many bird were above his head. He lift his head furiously.
To his surprised, instead of seeing birds, he saw monkeys. When they saw him looked at them they even seemed to feel pleased and continued to throw little portions or bite sizes of banana on his head.
"No! Why are these monkeys here? This park never became a zoo before I came here!"
And yeah, that was before he came here. He must be the reason for these animals to be here. Such a horrifying bad luck that can make less possible things to possibly happen.
They kept on throwing at a horrific attack speed and his head was instantly fully covered as if he change it's colors to yellow as it was fully covered by the nutritious banana.
He kept on shouting while tears was flowing in his eyes, hoping for them to understand and stop but the monkeys kept on throwing and throwing as they were full of ammo, having a bunch of bananas on their stead. They kept on letting out their weird sounds as if they are doing something fun and interesting and there's no sign of stopping.
In the end, Finn stopped shouting as his troat hurt and it also seemed to be useless. It was hopeless to beg for this blockheads to stop and there was no one here to hear him anyway. It was a useless approach.
Finn bit his lip in helplessness. His tears are flowing while the monkeys were still doing there thing and there's no sign of their annoying laughing-like sound to end. And there below him, the angry husky was just waiting for him to be it's prey. He could not go up anymore neither could he jump down.
An hour later, two middle-aged men came and were shocked to see a kid cornered by animals and by the presence of the animals too. They acted fast and helped him, shooing the monkeys away and calling a police to lock up the husky.
"Such a pitiful kid." One of the man said emphatically while looking at the exhausted kid.
---
After the policemen made sure that he was not traumatized, they decided to send him home. Besides, it was already getting dark.
The police started the car but before he could go, a man came into sight.
"Sir, I think my dog is here. The GPS tracking device tells me that my dog is here."
"Uhm, yeah we actually caught a husky earlier but why do you look so exhausted? Where are you from?"
"I travelled three hundred kilometers just to get here."
"What? That far?!"
The police was surprised as he had a hard time believing the middle-aged man.
"You mean your home was three hundred kilometers away from here? When did you lost the husky."
"Yes, and he was lost just this morning." The middle-aged man answered seriously.
"You... you're not kidding right?" The police's pair of eyes widened. The events were pretty unbelievable for the police to process. 'Hell can that actually happen?'
The man shook his head. "Hmm. Not kidding at all." And he gave the police a wry smile.
'How can a husky travelled that far?' The police thought about that question and confusion was all over written on his face. 'Or is this man making me a fool.'
'Yeah, so unbelievable but it will never be a problem for my bad luck to make it possible.' The pitiful kid, twitched his lips.
