Stephanie's POV
Me and Sophia walked over to one of the worriors. They were much taller than us but no where near as tall as Blaise. "oh hey Stephanie, what do you need?" Ryan asked. Ryan is my cousin. I have a big family, alot of aunties and uncles. "well Ryan." I paused. "Blaise has gone crazy again. I need you and Matthew to lock and secure the whole pack. I don't want anyone coming into the pack or leaving the pack." I said. "it's a possibility." Ryan said. "please Ryan, this has to be done, for the sake of our pack." I said. "does Alpha Steele know about this"? He asked. "no, I told him I was going to see the Elders." I said.
"I can't believe that you would lie to him. He's the Alpha for goodness sake!" Ryan shouted. "shhh keep your voice down" I said. "fine, sorry. Anyways I can't belive you lied to him. Anyways fine I'll put the pack into lock down." he said. "thanks Ryan." I said. "can you do me a favour please?" Ryan asked. "sure what it is it"? I asked. I wondered what it was. "please call him Alpha, family or not you know how traditional he is." Ryan said. "alright fine. Yes he's very traditional. He'd murder anyone that doesn't call him Alpha." I said. "exactly. So I'll put the pack in lock down. And what about the Alpha, what are you gonna do about him?" he asked. "I dunno I'll figure it out, anyways I'm going to hangout with a new fried of mine." I said happily. I said bye to Ryan and me and Sophia walked back the way we came. Part of me wished that Blaise was still in that castle. The castle that was always in scary children's books with pictures. There was so many books written about that castle and how a cruel man lived there.
The dumb thing about Lycans was only Alphas stopped aging. So my cousin was probably like 200 or something but 24 in human years.
He'd be better there than ruling a pack. Then again he is the Alpha of Alphas. His motto is is "I can do what I want, when I want." it's all he says. I should lock him in that castle. I always had a curfew to be home. It was getting late. I had to be home before 10pm. I lived with my parents but my parents went on a holiday so they told me I had to live with my cousin for a while.
Blaise's POV
I sat outside waiting for Stephanie to return. Honestly I didn't care about Crystal at this point. I thought she was different but I guess not. When she helped me with the Vikki problem I thought she was different. I guess I keep her around to stop my wolf from being weak. If I wanted a mate she had to be strong and not be in my way. She also had to live by my rules. "Blaise" I heard someone say. Ugh it was crystal. She had her hands behind her back. "what, what do you want?" I asked.
It was silent. She stepped away. She revealed a plate that she was holding behind her back. She threw it at me. It didn't hurt me at all. "that what you get for throwing a plate at me!" she yelled. I was furious with her. "why are you so annoying?" why can't you just leave me alone!" I asked yelling. She started to cry again." I'm sick of your crying all the time. Your lucky I haven't rejected you yet!" I yelled. "I'm sorry, what can I do to make it upto you?" she asked. "well for one, don't cry, it's weak!" I spat. I walked over to her. I ignored the sparks. I picked her up off the ground just like I did with Axel a few days ago.
"listen here. You may be mate and all but your not my equal. I'm not going to change for you. You however, you wanted to know how you could make it up to me. Be strong and don't get in my way. If your going to cry then don't cry in front of me!" I yelled. "what's gotten into you?" she asked. "what are you talking about?" I asked. "well at school you were so nice. Is this how you treat your pack?" she asked. "yes, yes it is how I treat my pack." I said. "reject me." she said. "what?" I asked in shock. I was so confused. "you said you didn't want a mate. And I can't reject you so just reject me and I'll be on my way." she said. Haha no way was I going to reject her.
"no I'm good." I said. I put her down.

A few days past and I actually didn't know what had gotten into me. Nothing had gotten into me. The only thing was, why was I so angry. I was sitting my office when I heard a knock. "come in." I said. I continued to write on the paper. I didn't look up. "Alpha Blaise Steele." Crystal said. I knew it was her. I felt better when she was near me. I looked up. "yes?" I asked. "are you going to reject me?" she asked. What the, why was she asking that? "no I'm not going to reject you." I said. "I'm sorry for being so dumb." she said. "dumb about what?" I asked. "eveytime I was near you your eyes were always shifting colors. It's like I couldn't even calm you." she said. "listen Crystal I know what your talking about and that's a story for another time." I said. "oh okay." she responded quietly. "listen, can you please give me some space?" I asked. She just stood there. I got up and took my paperwork with me. I took a run in human form down to the Pack house. I realised I was still in my pj's. Shoot, what am I gonna do!? Honestly I didn't really care. I was roughly dressed anyways.
I knew Jayden and Axel would be here. "well look who it is." Axel said. "oh great just what I needed, a welcome committee." I said dryly. "why do you always have to be so serious and cold to everyone?" Axel asked. Did he really just ask this. "listen I came here to do paperwork, not talk you coward's." I replied. "the only coward is you. Your the one that put our pack in lock down!" Jayden shouted. "excuse me I didn't put this pack in lock down. I'm fact it's my pack not ours!" I shouted. "sure, who does your dirty work for you when you can't be bothered?" Axel asked. "my office now, both of you!" I ordered. Gosh I hated them right now. Why on earth were they trying to stand up to me. I'm Alpha there not. I never put the pack in lock down I wonder who did. Wait, Stephanie said she was going to visit the Elders, maybe she went to the main entrance instead.
We got to my office. I was so angry with what was happening. I saw one of my hoddies hanging over the back of my chair. Finally something to wear. I slipped the hoodie on. I was ready to put everyone in their place.
