Clay comes out of the bathroom. From the door of the backyard he called them to get inside and eat snacks. When the two kids came in he blocked Mallory from passing through."Get some cookies, some bread and two bottled waters from the kitchen after that I'll tour you around the village" she nods "Yeah sure" she replied. He let her in and she patted his shoulder. Clay follows Mallory to the kitchen and shouts out that the kids will stay here and they'll be heading out for a quick tour. Clay thinks that now is the time to tell her that she is- "Hey Clay can you tell me how are the people in this village" Clay's thought was interrupted. "Of course but it's a lot of information, can you handle it?" They pass by a black cat sitting on the edge of the well . "Yeah I can, I have no choice right?" they continued to walk.
"People here are very negative it is very rare to see someone so lively, so filled with hope and joy. So don't be surprised if you saw someone bullying a person or doing something inappropriate" Mallory got sad hearing this. While they are walking Mallory heard a noise and stopped in her tracks. She looked at the narrow alleyway. She saw a man with a bottle of wine, drunk, he walks side to side like he was about to trip. Clay noticed that Mallory is far behind therefore he walked backwards and asked her what the matter is. "That guy" she points at the drunk person."He sure does drink a lot doesn't he?" she asked sadly. "Told ya don't be surprised, let's go" They continued to walk again. He shows her the shops but there is one place that her eyes catches, a coffee shop, she pulled Clay and brought him in there. "Do you have any money with you?" Mallory smiled sheepishly. Then Clay pulled out his wallet. "Since we are here, I might as well buy some hot chocolate, oh what do you want to buy?" he gets golden coins from it. "I'm getting a Caffè Mocha" she smiled full of excitement and he saw it. "Rare" he said in his mind. They went up to the counter, ordered their drinks and paid for it. While they are waiting someone's voice boomed.
"Oh look it's the lunar-tic" a boy called out. The both of them turn their heads to the voice. Clay's face changed from chill into disgust. Mallory looked at the boys that are coming towards them. "Oh look the lunatic has a date" they 4 boys laugh. The boys look like teens like them.
These guys are the ones who bully Clay at school, they don't take a break when they see him, he gets verbal bullying. They tried to break him but Clay is strong, he never gives in. He never snaps. "If they are a couple then they are perfect for each other" the boy paused and the 3 boys laughed. "A flapdoodle and a hedge-creeper" Mallory gasped she stands up. "No" he holds her hand and shakes his head. She bows down to Clay and asked what the guy's name. He told her that the guy who talks a lot is named Brady. She goes back up. "So your name is Brady" the 4 boys got quiet. "Oh what are you going to do? Fight for your stupid-looking lover?" Mallory snickered. "Freak!" the other boy shouted. "I'm not a freak I just feel pity for your friend Brady here" Clay gets the drinks from the counter. "Have you ever think why Brady is filled with hatred towards Clay?" the 3 boys looked at each other, Brady looks at her with a death stare but Mallory doesn't care. "Because he is mad that Clay is straight" People that are in the shop are looking at them and again Mallory doesn't care. She does what she can do to defend her friends and serve justice. She starts to rap and rhyme...

She ends her rap with a bow. "Clay let's go" he stands up and brings the hot drinks with him. Brady was rooted in his place and the three boys are whispering behind his back. The people who had seen the show continued what they're doing. Mallory and Clay already went out of the shop. "Thanks Mallory" he smiled cutely. She blushed and quickly hides it with her hands. "Yeah you're welcome" they continued to walk through the town. It's very quiet. "How come you have so much vocabulary?" Clay asked "I'm just smart plus I learned it at history class. Remember I'm not from here" she bite downs on a cookie from the snack bag. Then they hear foot steps running towards them they looked back immediately and saw Brady and his friends running. "Ready for a fight?" Mallory asked Clay while she is removing her dress."Woah woah Mallory why are you taking of your clothes-" Clay sees that she is wearing a tank top and leggings underneath the dress "You're wearing something like that the whole time?" he asked. "Yeah it's cold you know, it's snowing, we can talk about that on another time, ready to fight?" she tosses her dress to the side and Clay puts his bag on the side. "Yeah how are we supposed to beat the monsters if we can't beat them?" she smiled "Want to know how to beat them fast?" she asked with a evil grin on her face "Are you telling me to kick them on the balls?" he smirked. "Yeah right!" the three boys attacked them while Brady stays behind. Mallory dodges the punches then kicked the two boys' balls, she gave the first boy an uppercut punch and for the other one she gave straight punch to the face. The first boy tried to get up but she leg kicked him and has fallen to the ground again. The other boy tackled her from behind to prevent her from moving but she headbutt him causing to release her and kicked his nuts again. To finish the other guy she gives him a straight punch to the jaw, knocking him out. The first guy who can barely stand attacked the girl. She dodges the punches again and gives him a powerful punch to the stomach making him fall down and for the final blow she gives another powerful punch to the jaw making him ending up like his friend who's knocked out. At Clay's side he dodges the punches and tackles him making him fall back and Clay climbs up beating the shit out of him. When he is done, Mallory and Clay looked at each other and then glanced at Brady. They saw him shaking with fear and his facial expression is showing hatred. "F-FUCK YOU, Y-YOU BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!! I'LL KILL THE BOTH OF YOU" he shouts at them. "Mallory on the count of three we run" Clay picked up his bag. Mallory is carrying her dress. "Let's just run now-" They hear an alarming sound. And Clay knew that there are two monsters around. He searched the whole place finding no humans only a ragged destroyed bear sitting under a lamp post behind Brady. And a Death Ripper just creeping behind Brady next to the OctoBear. "Mallory we are not running" Her eyes went wide seeing those terrifying creatures. "Okay keep calm dream of unicorns, barbies and rainbows" Mallory muttered. Clay heard it "Seriously Mal?" he cringed at the thought of being too girly. "I'm just kidding, I hate them" she said. "Mallory let's just walk normally like minding our own business, do not let them smell fear and sadness ok" he remind her. "Yeah you too" They start walking like they don't even care what's behind them. "HEY YOU TWO, WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING?!" Brady shouts as he runs to catch up but suddenly he gets impaled through the stomach. He spits out blood and he feels the poison, his bones are melting, blood is gushing out. He screams due to the pain, it sucks the fear and the sadness, later then the OctoBear joins the feast. From a far Mallory and Clay are watching the horrifying scene of Brady's body getting torn apart, dismembered and getting eaten alive. The monsters also noticed the 3 boys lying in there, while they are knocked out, they feed on their negative emotions, sucking their souls. Clay takes a sip from his hot chocolate and Mallory sips on her Mocha. Then decided to go back to Clay's house thinking that's enough tour for today.
At night Clay scans the documents in his room. While looking at them he remembers the scene of Brady flashing back. He remembered every detail. From when he was impaled to his body getting mushy to the place where it gets bloody to the scene his soul is getting sucked out of his body to the OctoBear seeing its true form joining the Death Ripper. Ripping more of his body apart.
He sighs. And plans to think of plans on how to find Slavi Graei and ask her for help.
Through the night will Mallory will be able to sleep peacefully?
