Alex walked to the stall he bought a couple of hours ago and set it up. He then took out all the swords from his inventory. After setting his stall up, he sat down and closed his eyes.
People walked pass him and didn't even glance at his stall. Until a young man, who was about Alex's age came up to him.
"Hello Sir, Are these really Tier-3 Swords?"
Hearing his first customer, Alex looked up and nodded. He was selling the Tier-2 Swords for 10 Spiritual Stones and 100 for Tier-3 Swords.
Seeing Alex confirmation, the young man took a look at Alex's products. Suddenly a young lady about 5 years old came running to the young boy.
"Brother! There you are!"
She ran into his arms and hugged him as if he would be running away any second. She then looked at Alex and his stall. Alex just smiled at her.
"Why are you smiling Mr.?"
"Me?"
Alex pointed at himself with a confused look on his face. He then closed his eyes and answered her with a smile.
"Haha! You just remind me of someone I know. She used to hug me like that all the time."
"Why did she stop?" She asked with a curious expression.
Alex pondered for a bit and shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't know, but I guess she grew out of it."
He then looked at the young boy who was still checking out the sword. He then called the boy out.
"Hey, why are you alone with your sister. Where are your parents?"
Suddenly the boy looked down and gritted his teeth. Although he wouldn't normally talk about it, Alex looked his age and was easy to talk to.
"They were in an accident. They owned a restaurant and one of the customers was a gang leader. He didn't like the food and burned our house down. Luckily they managed to save us but they died in the process."
Alex's gaze switched between the young girl and the young man.
"What will you do now?"
The young man seemed startled by the question. He clenched his teeth and hands and said with a voice filled with killing intent.
"I'll destroy the ones who did those horrible things to our parents then we will both leave the town and move to the country side."
Alex looked at the determination in the young man's eyes and nodded. He then peered into the his cultivation. He then shook his head and advised him with a serious voice.
"You can't do it."
"Huh?"
The young man in front of Alex was confused. Why would he say that? He then frowned and asked.
"Why do you think so?"
"Well, your body condition is an obvious sign and Martialist Grade-3 probably isn't high enough to beat a gang who dares burn down your house in the city." Alex said.
A look of surprise appeared on the man's face. He then thought about it and nodded. He sighed as he lost a bit of hope.
Alex saw this and suggested something.
"Don't feel down. I have a proposal. I will help you grow stronger until you are able to take revenge but you have to remain loyal to me for the rest of your life. Don't worry, I won't treat you badly, actually I will probably bring you to unimaginable heights."
"You? Aren't you the same age as me though? How much stronger can you be?" Although the young man was attracted to the offer, suspicion came quickly.
"Hahaha!" Alex then released pressure on the young man. Ripples made cracking sounds in the air as the pressure was extremely concentrated.
*Boom*
The young man fell on his knees. Sweat ran down his forehead. His eyes were wide open and he was gasping for air. His sister ran over and helped him up.
"Brother! Are you okay?"
Alex retracted his pressure from the young man's body. He then asked with a smile.
"So what do you think of my offer."
"My name is Lucas Dean. This is my sister, Freya Dean. I would like to talk to her about the offer." Lucas said respectfully. He had felt Alex's power. It was utterly overwhelming that he couldn't even breathe nor could he move. He brought his sister to the side and talked about the offer Alex gave him.
She smiled and said.
"I will follow you Brother. That Mr. seems like a nice guy too."
Lucas and Freya walked back to Alex's stall and kneeled down.
"We accept the proposal. Please allow us to follow you forever Master!"
Alex nodded and a light came out of him. During the time Lucas and his sister were discussing. He had created a Trash-Tier Skill.
[Follower's Mark Lvl.Max

A mark then appeared on Lucas' and Freya's forehead. The mark a rhombus-Shaped mark. Alex then told them the function of the mark to the brother and sister pair. They were both astonished as they never heard of anything like that before. Alex also told them that they can make it disappear and reappear just by thinking about it.
He told them to halt cultivation so that he can get them a better cultivation manual. He then remembered something. He took out a Tier-4 Sword and passed it to Lucas which shocked him to his core.
"Here. It is a Tier-4 Sword so don't lose it. It is a powerful flame attribute weapon. I will also send you a sword Technique that works well with it."
Ignoring Lucas' shocked look, Alex then used the function on the Follower's Mark to send Lucas a Fire Sword Art from his personal library.
[Fire Sword Art: Domineering Fire Blade
1st Move: Flame Wheel(Rotational Frontal Slash)
2nd Move: Scorching Wave(Horizontal Slash)
3rd Move: Heat Ray(Stabbing Motion)
4th Move: Sun's Outer Shell (Defensive Move)]
After giving the Flame art to Lucas, Alex took out a Tier-3 Frost Rapier. He passed it to Freya and also gave her a suitable sword skill to go with it. It was a Frost Sword Art: Rapid Ice Blade. It focused on slowing down the enemy and slowly depleting them of energy to kill them. It used extremely quick movements to hit at the enemy's vitals. If the opponent didn't dodge, they would die but if they did, they could no longer escape from the user's grasp. The only way to beat such a sword skill was superior strength and speed.
They both sat behind him as he sold the rest of his swords off. Alex looked at the sky, it was nearing appointed time to go to supper with Anna.
