And the blinking dots on the map are all locations that are currently in the middle of a war. And there might be a new war breaking out every day.
So, your current task is, be a part of these wars. It doesn't matter if you are going to fight in just one war or multiple wars, but in this realm you have to be part of war and you need to achieve a certain set of achievements and fulfil some conditions to go to the next level of the war game.
