Kumar is confused.

The battle marks are very authentic. The attacks, the aftermath, the debris, and even the burn marks left behind on the far away trees. Everything seemed legit.

But once again the question boils down to how did they miss something like this if it is happening so close to the city. Also after some careful inspection, he realized that he couldn't figure out anything related to Sam's opponent.

After all, the other party should have been using some method, element or weapon. Something to fight with Sam. But there is not even a discernable footprint.

The elemental energy that was floating around there felt like it all belonged to Sam.

Kumar felt like this might just be something Sam left behind just to confuse them. And of course, once that thought came to mind, it is hard to let it go. Particularly when he thought of how Sam usually does things.
